Would give it 0 stars if I could. I wanted a portable washer/dryer set. Even though the website said the store had them in stock, I called appliances. Was left on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up. It only takes me 10 minutes to get to the store so we drove there. The guy was having a conversation with a woman. That is what he put me on hold for?! Oh and they didn't have it in stock. Sure would have been nice to have saved time and...oh, say, had someone tell me that by checking their computers. Oh well, guess where I'm never buying anything from ever!

Completely disorganised at store opening. Only handing coupons to customers coming in from one set of doors. Creating complete chaos and fire hazards in the middle of the store all over a $10.00 coupon. Staff directing people in the wrong directions. I've been in retail for 15 plus years worked countless Black Friday's that store manager should be ashamed . The cashiers were great.

I spent about 2 hours at JCP today and while I bought some items... eventually, I was initially surprised/disappointed at what seemed to be low or old inventory. I was shopping with a friend who was in need of specific items so we kept searching through the store until my hips began to ache. We did find some nice things at good prices but I wish there would have been better varieties.

The best the employees are noise and it's laid out so you can find things easily

I found what I wanted but the jeans were all in a messy heap and it took a while to find my size. Then when I was done it it was even more messy. Even Walmart is more orderly and Target is as neat as a pin.
