This store was huge!!.. a mall connected to aswell , even a movie theater .. they had beetle juice snow cone with gummies in it.. yummy !! It's decorations are cool too!! There food court was big an a whole lot of variety to choose from!

Over a 1000 weave for sheets, smooth and beautiful sheets, but unfortunately all they had left was white. Got a plain looking top blanket as a gift for a bed. Found some other gift clothing items to round out the visit and the checkout lines ran smoothly and fast, which was nice.

Last minute shopping before Christmas. Walked in the door and was given a coupon offering money off. The coupons had all been open by employees seeking out the $100 and $500 off coupons. They were handing out $10 off to customers. We asked other shoppers if their coupons had been open when they were given to them. They said yes they were. Bad customer service provided by employees.

Easy in & out the freeway entrance is just around the corner you don't even have to go in the mall if you don't want to. Which there really isn't much left in the mall almost like an indoor swap meet feel to the place. WVC needs to work on bringing better businesses back to Valley Fair.

Cashier was really rude. An item that we bought she couldn’t find on her phone or even her coworker’s phone. She sent my husband to go get another of the same item because she couldn’t find it… like why are you sending him if that’s your job??? Or you can send your coworker or just get someone else that works there! Her customer service was so bad, she had bad attitude and rude. She either needs to be trained again to have good customer service or at least decent customer service. Personally not going back to that JCPenney

This store has a great selection on everything and their prices were fair. We got rings there, and the price was incredible. They had just what we wanted.

Once I got a hold of someone, the manager was very helpful and even took my number down and called me back. He found what I needed and had it set aside for me. When I got there, it was waiting for me and it was 30% off with a coupon they showed me. I was very pleased!

Went to first checkout counter I came to for a return and was told I have to go further back into the store. Ok, so I head to the back. I get ignored by 2 employees at a checkout area as I am waiting to ask if I am at the right place. I asked another gal who was walking by and she was nice and told me where returns were. I waited in line for 10 min as it seems there was a new person doing returns. Prob won't be back as the quality of merchandise and customer service is "meh."

An employee was following me around speaking Spanish to me. Told her I didn’t speak Spanish. She continued to say the same thing in Spanish. Started to seem weird because I was shopping and I don’t know what she needed. Kinda felt harassed lol didn’t want to make a big deal out of it, but it was just weird. We just left the store.

They have good selections that aren't overpriced. I like JC Pennys.
