Very pleased with the selection of men's, women's, junior's and children's clothing. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about where things were when asked and willing to escort us to the correct spot. Store was clean and very organized. Will definitely be back.

The girls at the jewelry department are amazing, so knowledgeable and friendly, and the way they take the time to take care each customer is admirable, thank you girls for been amazing in what you do.

The clerk was very nice and very polite he explained to me how to get cab service at JCPenneys because I was a bit confused about it.

Picked up online order. Right inside east entrance. Helpful, friendly staff.

I just go here for Sephora. I am not spendin on them clothes. Sephora is straight. My makeup hittin 40 bucks though. Fenty Savage on them foundation prices but I paid it cause it's one of the only foundation's that's full coverage and comes the closest to my skin tone. I love it! Nars is pretty awesome as well.

I have aways enjoyed shopping at Pennys, I just wish the web site wasn't so glitchy. I haven't been shopping inside anywhere much, but would have bought more online several times but it seemed to not work for me.

These guys have the phones connected to the intercoms. So every time the phone ring, it's loud as all get out right in your ear. This wouldn't be too bad if the associates working would ever answer the phone. But no, they rather enjoy listening to this loud brrrrrnnnnnggggg in your ear.

It's Pennys. It's a great Pennys. I don't know what else to say.
