I'm NOT HAPPY. I normally purchase my jewelry from this location and have absolutely no worries at all. This time I purchased a ring with a value over $1,200 and it had to be sent off for sizing. When my ring returned, it was a matter of days before it randomly decided to split in half as though it was repaired with plaster. Lucky for me I have the warranty for it but the only thing done by JCPenny is more request to do employees surveys. How about an apology for the inconvenience and lack of quality, a gift certificate to return etc. I don't desire a shopping spree by far but empathy to show you understand as though you're a customer and sympathy for my experience as the customer would be nice. Needless to say, I'm back waiting another 6 weeks for something I've already waited 6 weeks for after original purchase and even then I had to call and check on my ring, because no one called me to tell me it was even back in the store for pick-up.

Not much of a selection for home decor. Nice women jewelry selection and I was able to get some cute "Monet" pieces at a great price! They also have cute items for girls.

These ladies are amazing! I took my 3 boys for back to school haircuts. All 3 of their stylists were great and their cuts were spot on. They, and another couple of ladies, were all so kind and actually seemed to enjoy their jobs and being there which can be hard to find these days. Great vibes, great experience. Highly recommend.

Can anyone get me outta this store??? The service is pretty good....the lines can be long but duh, it's a department store! They are always offering rewards. The store including bathrooms are clean and the staff is super nice. The clearance areas have plenty of stuff and therefore, I will continue to be JCPretty!! Lol. Nice location

I love JCP! I can shop for the whole family!! It has awesome outfits for the millennials in my life and for me and hubby too!!! Hubby likes the Men’s Department! We hit the sales and CLEARANCE first and then work our way through the whole entire store!! JCP has a great shoe department and housewares!! There is something for everyone and every area of your home in this store!! Be sure to download the JCP App!! There are always extra deals and discounts in the app! It’s a great way to earn points and rewards!!

Very Friendly Employees and knowledgeable of sales and promotions. I found some really great bargains. I will be going back.

Prices are a little high, but sometimes you find a good bargain if you keep an eye out. Love the stuff though!
