The mangers here are a mess, A year ago I found a bag that had a lot of money now as an employee I gave it to someone but if it was up to a customer they could have stole it. They are always late with processing orders and they don’t wash the dirty stuff animals they just simply put it back. They hate it when you finish early and they are thankful for good workers as myself. I would often try to organize the toy sections and lingerie. The manger Tara underestimate all employees. It’s a go-to store for me for many things- I always find something I want at a good price. Their jewelry department is second to none, in my opinion- kind of a well kept secret! Their women’s activewear section is very good- and they’ve really done a nice job with their seasonal department- great stuff.

Flickering lights and dark dressing rooms. This store just seemed sad and outdated at this point. I understand they are doing some type of work to the upstairs but the whole store just seems dead. Could only find one dressing room upstairs that was even open. Downstairs is just an awkward jumbled mess. I'd recommend going somewhere else. Seemed most of the store was basically like digging through clearance. Also, they sell forever 21... why buy it at jcpenny when I can buy the same exact thing at the other end of the mall.

Arrived to the store 10 mins before closing. Yes I work and unfortunately since they cut back their hours it’s hard for busy hard working moms like myself to shop in the morning . Went in to take advantage of the coupon they send me, all I needed was 2 white polo T’s for my son which where located right in front of the register literally an easy in and out transaction . When I walked in the store the lady at the kids cash registers rolled her eyes huffed and puffed and said she was closing . I said okay that’s fine I’m only grabbing 2 quick items she huffed and puffed . Her attitude was nasty , when I got to the register she didn’t even ask for my rewards number I handed her my coupon and automatically she said it didn’t work and she wasn’t overriding it . First and foremost if it wasn’t for that coupon I wouldn’t even of stepped foot in JCP . For this very reason prices are extremely high, brands are so 2000 and the employees are miserable and hate their jobs . I will be contacting JCP head office regarding this matter because their sign outside says closing time is 8pm anyone that comes in before 8pm shouldn’t be scolded and given attitude. The consumers are what pay the employees salary / wages . By the way this establishment is being ran it’ll be the next places to go out of business will never shop here again . I’ll gladly take my business to kohl’s , or target where prices are always right and customer server is always great! Good luck JCP count your days :

WARNING if you have asthma or sensitivity to fragance DO NOT GO NEAR the check out where you pickup the online orders. There are rows and rows of scented satchets where you wait in line. The fragrance is sooo strong! I left there wheezing and coughing, my eyes were watering and burning. I had rush home for medication. Truth be known I shouldn't have bothered waiting under those conditions. I need to return the pants I picked up but I'm not sure how I'm going to work that out. It is extremely inconsiderate to have that level of fragrance at any checkout but to have at the only checkout for order pickup is rediculously insane. I hope that someone recognizes the danger of this setup and changes it in the near future.

Found what I was looking for Phila team shirts found them and they were 50% off A lot of itemns were will go back after the holiday to see what else is left or on sale

I don't shop there much but I had a return online item that was over the 2 much w/receipt. They won't take it or even offer me a gift card. It's ok, but could have done better since I had the same situation with Macy's and they took the return and gave me a gift card. I understand policy but I'm stuck w/ a item that I can't use.

Love this place there clean and have my size Liz Claborne stuff good quality

Not Much of a Selection and No One Was Helpful in Finding what I was Looking For..., Not Good Around Christmas Time..

If i could give it zero stars i would… over eighty degrees inside and one cashier who looked like he was going to pass out and all management gave him was a broken and filthy box fan… i told him he deserved better also dust dirt and black mold visible on the ceiling
