I've used Ellen Chance twice and she is great!

They send me an invoice for my stepson's cargo. They don't notify me of the bill but rely on PayPal to tell me. They contact me two months later threatening me with collections. This company needs to learn how to do business.

My family was not pleased with the service provided by Ellen as it related to our pet import. We wont't be user her in the future.
