Great Quick Service for Used tires!!!

Fast and affordable only paid 6 for a nail taken from tire and to fill up the rest of my tires. My mechanic charged me 20. So a great deal and very expedient of you are the client being serviced.

Well I did have to go back on 2 occasions since they were closed before 6pm as posted. But they were rather nice to me and I was the last customer it was cold and snowing and they did a great job despite the weather . they scraped both my rims a d did a sealing job on both tires and also recommended that I had to have something changed. I woukd definitely recommend them again just be careful to get there before 5pm .

Don't go to this tire place as I was just there recently for a nail in my tire. First, the customer service was extremely poor. This simple looking guy that works there just walked around my car and said nothing, not even can I help you or anything. I thought at one point they were closed. Finally I saw another older guy that worked there and had to ask him were they open. Then and only then this young idiot came to see what was wrong. After finally repairing the nail which took no longer than a minute or two. This nut charged $10. Something like that was usually no more than maybe $4 or $6. I believe he just wanted money to pocket. Never again will I waste time giving them business. I rather my tire stay flat first!

Absolutely insane how horrible this place is. I am writing this in real time as I have a flat tire. I pulled up and saw the gate wide open and the sign says that they are open and ready for business! A Spanish man was inside and when he saw me he immediately started to close the gate. I let him know that my tire is on the RIM and I need help. I said, "The guys get in at 9:30AM." I just drove off and felt so upset by his dismissal of my tire issue. It literally takes like 5 minutes to change a tire with the tools that they have and I have my own spare. Really bad feeling.

The service is great and affordable. I drove by many other tire shops that closer to my house that I could get the tire fixed, but I decided to go Jean Nicolk Tire Shop just for the affordable service they provide to customers.

Their Telephone Customer Service Skills needs some etiquete. Was calling to inquire on an specific tire pricing and staff said thats not how they do business. They must look at my car and then tell me price. I had exact tire & size and just wanted to get a set of them. I guess someone else will get my business.

These guys are the worst used tire shop, no customer service skills, idk but they helped the spanish customers and i stood in the middle of the service garage, there was 1 person being helped and one person leaving and they totally ignore me and my truck, i even approached the old guy and ask him he had tires?? and he walked away and mutter something under his breath, today saturday 12/19/15..I WILL NOT USE THIS SHOP OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE I KNOW!! i almost want to say i felt a little bit discriminated as in the aloft attitude....OMG! are ppl still behaving like this????????
