Jeanne Frace is hands down the best realtor on Oahu. She is knowledgeable and understands local market conditions. As a buyer, It’s really hard to get under contract on a home right now. Jeanne really put the time into helping us formulate the best offer to actually be competitive and wrote our offer in a way that made it stand out to the sellers. We ended up getting the first home we made an offer on, in this crazy market! I truly believe we would not have closed on our home with any other realtor. We were not on island when we started the home search and for most of the time we were under contract. She kept us informed every step of the way and made sure all paperwork was iron clad for our protection. She is very quick to respond, was always honest with us, and went above and beyond . Even going so far as to stop by the house weekly while we were off island!!! I can’t recommend her enough!!

Jeanne Frace assisted with our real estate purchase in Hawaii in August 2018. We were lucky to have Jeanne on our side to guide us through what could have been a stressful ordeal since we live out of state at this time. We appreciated Jeanne being available to show properties with unbiased opinion but also enthusiasm for our future retirement property. We placed our trust in Jeanne and we were not disappointed.

My home search started back in early 2015. I was in the military and my wife and I started playing around with the idea of becoming home owners. We communicated With Frace Group via e-mail over the period of a seven month deployment where were able to establish the foundation on which our home search was built. My loan was approved and Frace Group was extremely proactive on the search. The plan was to buy as soon as I returned home. Unfortunately around the close of my deployment it became a reality that the military was not cohesive to a good family life and in January of this year I was to separate from from the Navy. My wife and I decided we still wanted to stay In Hawaii and call it home but due to the lack of job security our loan was pulled and we were left in limbo. We were then faced with the challenge of staying afloat while unemployed, finding stable work, getting approved for financing and closing on a home. We were also faced with a time line. I had approximately six months from the time I separated from the Navy that the military would still ship my family any I back home with all of our house hold goods and vehicles. If any one of these tasks did not work out we would be forced to return to the mainland and our dream of being home owners in Hawaii would be extinguished. Throughout the period where we were not able to engage in the home search due to our situation and not having a loan approved, Frace Group continued to check on us. We were contacted on holidays, birthdays and some times just to wish us a good weekend. This made it a reality that our realtors commitment to us was more than just a dollar sign and displayed truly genuine character. Step by step things aligned and after a tough patch, I was working again and was once again approved for financing. This time around we were approved for much less and in Hawaii's aggressive housing market finding what we were looking for would prove very challenging. We looked at about 25 homes and got in to a couple bidding wars. Through the entire process, our realtor was there to encourage us as well as lift our spirits when we were feeling down. No matter the time of day or day of the week, I felt that our home search was a top priority and Frace Group was always available to answer questions and offer guidance. Finally we found the perfect place and on august 22nd we were met at our new home with that big sense of aloha where we were presented lei's and given the keys to our future. Frace Group enabled our dream of becoming home owners in Hawaii come true. The purchasing process was very intimidating at first but our realtor made it nearly effortless. Every transaction was clearly laid out for us and progressed with fluid motion. I could not imagine taking on this process on my own or with any other realtor for that matter. Thank you Frace Group!
