These good folks stayed open well past their closing time in order to help me complete a mortgage deed that couldn't wait. They never rushed me to finish. They are great public servants!
Sometimes these clerks are effective and sometimes they are absolutely not.
Awful, convoluted service. I'll vote for whoever can streamline the bureaucracy enforced by this dept., because clearly Bobbie Holsclaw cannot. They require you to bribe the county sheriff's office for a vehicle inspection. Why can't that be included in the overall fees associated with the service?
I just left the Jefferson St. DMV office with a problem with car registration. I waited less than a minute before Laura called me to her desk. She was warm, generous with her time, and extremely competent. Surprisingly, for me, it was a wonderful start to my day.
I've had nothing but great service at the downtown Louisville DMV.
You’re a fool if you go to any other location , they are quick and efficient. Also a bonus for friendliness. Solid all around.
