Complete disrespect for patients, total disaster, incompetence, staff rude. Most Doctors are great if you get to see them though. jefferson needs to clean up its act and get rid of the bad and incompetent stuff. Awful!
Phone service is terrible they have u on hold for an hour u can hear them talking then they hang up when u request a prescription the keep sending the wrong one
Spent 16 minutes - most of which was on hold - scheduling a sick visit. Rearranged my work day and took sick time only to find they didn't have my appointment in their books. Guess I get to pay for a trip to urgent care now. Awesome.
