They are the Absolute Best
The doctor and nurses are awfully nice and helpful, but any one who is in charge of answering calls, returning calls, the women at the front desk makes me want to see a different doctor altogether. its very unpleasant, and their blatant disregard is incredibly off-putting.
The doctors are amazing, but count on being on hold for 20-30 minutes EVERY TIME YOU CALL. Sick visits are 3-7 days later, and routine visits are 6-8 weeks out. Jefferson as a whole has good providers, but as a system is a disgrace.
