This next drive 100 miles to Fargo will be my 3rd time (300 miles) to get my tickets straightened out to get the correct dates for my trip. I'm going back to Fargo at a later time of day and hopefully my tickets for travel will be correct. I can't afford to continue going back and forth. My nerves are freyd as it is losing my daughter 5 months ago, my brother 2 1/2 months ago and my sister-in-law two weeks ago. I'm praying the tickets will have the correct dates for travel this go around. Need luck for sure.

This company sucks!! The fat ugly gorilla agent behind the desk in billings was rude and discriminatory toward travelers and was not friendly in ANY way at all!! Made discriminating comments and constantly baggering people and telling them they can not wait inside and must leave the bus depot to wait for their bus to arrive!! AVOID THIS DUMP IF POSSIBLE!! The bus did not have electrical outlets to plug in phones, and the bus doesn't even go to the bus depot in fargo, it takes you OUT OF THE WAY to the opposite end of town!! The obese Agent = Philip behind the counter at the billings bus terminal is a worthless OVERSIZED Neanderthal with no common courtesy or manners in any way!!! In other words, He is a BIG JERK!!

Bus was nice. Got in at 2am. Station open 24 hours. They let me stay till my hotel room was available. Very nice staff. They have security so your stuff is safe while in the restroom and store. This might be my favorite bus station in the entire USA.
