Order a nice gift for my sister’s collection and it was really easy and great pricing and I didn’t have to wait forever to get it

Ordering was quick and easy. Verification of sale was nice that they take the time to do an extra step to make sure I in fact placed the order. I highly recommend this company, and will use them again.
The owner is very rude, he has no customer service skills. It’s a family owned business and to be honest all of them are disrespectful. He treats his customers which is the people that’s making his establishment money with no respect. I would never support this business again! The owner always has a bad attitude towards customers, I’ve also witnessed him treat his staff that isn’t related to him terrible. I would never step foot in here again.
The only thing I didn't like was the text I got pertaining the delivery time didn't match the time from the email you sent.
Very poor service!!!! For $20, thru minibardelivery.com, they delivered the WRONG FLAVOR of liquor to friend for her birthday. THEN, would not re-send the correct flavor. WILL NEVER USE minibardelivery.com again. Save yourself the hassle. I totally understand mistakes can be made, but good business sense says you correct YOUR OWN mistakes at NO COST to the customer. Very disappointed. I guess I was lucky it was the right brand??
Ordered delivery from Drizly for a friend in DC and it was to be purchased and delivered from here. I needed to update the scheduled delivery time and I was able to call the store, and make it happen in under 5 minutes! Can't speak for in-store experience, but their customer service was great!
I wanted to play the lottery. There were only 2 other people behind me. The owners son, very nasty, threw my lottery ticket back through the slot at me and told me to play at the machine because he has too many customers!! I AM a customer also! You can’t handle 3 people in line?! Very rude! I will never step foot in there again! I told my husband and the neighbors to go to the liquor store on 9th and Kennedy. They treat EACH customer equally. He is cocky and need some customer service training
All of the liquor is behind the counter and you can't even look at it without asking someone to hand it to you. Not the best process during COVID-19. Put the liquor where customers can see it like a normal liquor store, not a gas station.
These people are actually a minus one star, they have zero personality act like you stole something when you're actually patronizing them, and service with a smile you can forge it. Will not be going back they act like they're doing you a favor with your money!!!
