In 2 wks I was there 2 x one for breathing problems(asthma), then the second for allergic reaction to meds ,both times so nice,helpful and very on point w/ test, they made sure everything was checked out.I can't say enough @ this hospital they are awesome! Very kind staff. They made me feel at ease.

A few months ago late in the night I took my son to the emergency room, and this was our worst experience ever at an emergency room. My son was registered and then he wasn't seen after waiting for 4 hrs. At this point, I took him back home and the next day he went to our PCP. There were people there with serious allergy reactions that needed attention immediately and wouldn't be checked by a doctor after being there for a couple of hours. It was scary! I don't recommend the emergency room at Aria-Jefferson Torresdale Campus to anyone.

The so call emergency is a joke. All the care about is register people then make them wait for hours. Took me 5 hours before I was seen.
