Jefferson Urgent Care - Bensalem

Went here for flu symptoms and waited an hour to be seen. I understand that it gets busy however when someone is in urgent care they need to be seen in a more timely manner. I had to leave to find a another urgent care because i couldn’t wait any longer. I won’t be returning to this facility.

Phone just ring ring rings and the voicemail is full. Horrible especially being a urgent care.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful, including the receptionist, nurse and Dr. I arrived at opening time, was waited on immediately and out in 35 minutes. Would definitely go back.

Been there 3-5 times over last 5yrs. seen different drs. each time. 1st. off every friendly, helpful, courtesy staff. 2nd. Drs. have been great, get to issue & find problem fast. Have never had bad experience there. Will continue to go. Thanks for being so good & so close to my home. What a bonus!!.

I had a decent experience. I do have insurance and I went in the middle of the day however. I have read mixed reviews about wait times and such. I was seen right away and staff were friendly.
