Very unfriendly aggressive employees working the counter! Im a young man who walked in there 2 times only and the same person/employee confronted me about having a mask when i had it on all the way up. Hes looking for trouble left and right. Other side comments and stepping in front of me without saying excuse me Multiple times!

Seems they can't ever keep their story straight between the workers. A package of ours hasnt been delivered yet and one says it hasn't been sorted and still in the back and the other said they never took it though the tracking shows it was accepted by them. This is the third time of something like this.

Good service ample parking nice friendly staff. Great location.

Great customer service

Needed to talk to a human being on an issue and had to go through a lot of prompts and still didn’t get to talk to anyone about the issue or question I had. Terrible way to run a service for the people.

USPS is the worse customer service on the planet. On several occasions I've called to track a package that shows at their hub or local sight. When I talk to them because it never goes out for delivery they tell me they have no idea where my package is. This is a routine answer over several orders.

May I have my mail please?!? UPS delivered it to you and it was scanned in yesterday morning at 8:56. I didn't receive it yesterday and then again today it didn't get delivered! What's going on...UPS got it here from Arizona in 3 days!!
