Jeffres Community Acupuncture Center

Anne is a wonderful acupuncturist and has helped me very much, but I find her business policies to be lacking. Today I arrived 12 minutes late and she said she wasn't able to see me. But meanwhile I have waited in her waiting room for over 30 minutes past my appointment time on many occasions. This has happened a couple of times and while I understand Schedules and the necessity for efficiency, the hypocrisy of having patients wait well past their appointments times, but not accommodating when I needed to be late is disheartening. I have recommended several people to her and I didn't appreciate making my way there through traffic in the rain to have to turn back around especially when I wasn't feeling well.

Ann is the best Acupuncturist I’ve ever been treated by. She’s empathic, kind and attuned to her patients. She had assisted me with a chronic condition that no other acupuncturist was able to treat. It’s also wonderful to be treated by her because she teaches you so much. I highly recommend her!!

I've been here a few times because of a pinched nerve. Anne Jeffres was very helpful and helped me relieve some of the pain and make it a lot more manageable. Anne is very helpful and caring. Highly recommended.
