I always go to Jen to get my highlights done 3-4 times a year or so. She is amazing. I love how dedicated and humble she is. It’s amazing how your hair turns out. I’m always amazed how it turns. My nails came out cute i will admit. BUT i had a nail brake within a week BOTH times ive gone. It was my second visit there and i will not return. Lana did my nails which she did do a great job. Lana was also coughing without a mask and she wasnt covering her mouth which did bother me due to COVID so i didnt think it was sanitary of her. Jen isnt great with customer service i believe she needs training or find someone else to fit that position. I say this because i paid the price for my nails and i offered an extra $5 for tip and Jen decided to let me know i can send more money via venmo which i told her i didnt have so again i told her to take an extra $5 and she looked at me like $5 aint enough. I had to remind the dummy that i dont have to tip because this is her job and i dont get tipped for doing my job. Tipping isnt mandatory and shes even lucky i offered $5 after me being in an atomsphere with employees coughing without mask or covering their germs and the fact my nails broke easily. I've been having my hair cut at that salon for over 30 years.but Jen became the new owner about 10 yrs ago and for the past 5yrs I have been getting my hair cut from her. My hair has never looked more fabulous. Jen gives a great cut every time.

It was my first time going to this salon and the experience was absolutely amazing. The owner took her time and went above and beyond. I usually do not blow out my hair because I like my curly hair look so I was very hesitant to do it. But the owner was so kind and detailed with her work makes me want to go once a week to get a blow out/straighten hairstyle.Service: Hairstyling

I got my haircut done by Jen today. She’s a very warm and friendly person. Starting from help me figure out what style suits me to making sure that I like every single layer of my hair, she did a fabulous job. Her work was super perfect . Jen is very nice and very honest to her customers. It’s my first time went to this salon and I just want to cut my hair since its summer time. It surprised me that Jen focuses on every details, including the layers, the length, the angle, etc. The outcome is beyond my initial expectation. I like my new look and thank Jen!

Jen always gives me an excellent cut for a good price. Also, as someone who spent 5 years getting a short asymmetrical cut, it's refreshing to have a hairdresser who doesn't try to talk me out of what I want. Thank you, Jen!
