Jenesis Roofing is by far the most professional and efficient roofing company I have ever worked with. Jenni's guys replaced the roof on our house last week, and we couldn't be happier. From start to finish, Jenni's attention to detail and knowledge made this process one of the easiest projects we have ever dealt with. UPDATE: I received a customer service call from the original owner, Jenni, who was very professional and understanding. She promptly sent me a check to fully cover the costs of the repairs, which we very much appreciated. BEWARE!!!!! Jenesis replaced our roof in Louisville after the hailstorm in June and everything seemed fine. In November, our tenants who occupy the house noticed that the furnace was not operating properly and they were experiencing health issues. Fast forward, past the diagnostic visits from HVAC technicians - the Jenesis crew had damaged the roof cap for the furnace and as a result, the furnace was not ventilating properly. Hazardous levels of CARBON MONOXIDE were in the home so we shut off the furnace immediately and our tenants went without heat when it was in the 30s outside. Jenesis sent someone to repair the damage, but then made no attempt to assist with rectifying the situation with the furnace. The repairs to our 2-year old furnace was $1400 and repairs to the water heater, also compromised by the buildup of heat and moisture, was $285. By the way, our tenants went without hot water in December for a week. We only requested that Jenesis reimburse us for the repairs, with no recompense for our tenants. Jenesis just informed me that they do not believe it is their responsibility to cover any of the damage. I wish I could turn back the clock and sign with a vendor that is reputable.

Jenesis Roofing has great service. We paint houses, and have to work with roofers frequently so we see the good and the bad. Let me tell you; Jenesis has never caused a delay on any project we've worked on together. Not only that, but there's no roof type they can't do well. I met with several roofing contractors after our roof was hit by hail. Most failed to impress me. There were lots of promises & high pressure tactics. There was much variation in the price quotes that I received. One offered to reimburse us our insurance deductible. This is illegal in Colorado. I then met with Duane McDowell of Jenesis roofing. He was very straightforward easy to work with. There was no BS and no pressure. Duane worked up a quote during our meeting using the same estimating software that our insurance company uses. His estimate was within a couple dollars of the insurance quote. The roof install was completed two days ahead of schedule. The job site was left clean when work was complete. There was one small problem with our gutter install. Duane went out of his was to make sure issue was addressed promptly. He communicates well. My emails & phone calls have always been promptly and politely returned. Jenesis Roofing brought integrity to the whole process. They did a great job for us. I would not hesitate to hire them again.
