I had just planned on test driving a truck because when we got there it was about a half hour before closing time, but when I got there and saw that they had the best pricing and the truck was super clean I knew I just had to buy it. Kayla Tolson was an amazing representative of the Company. Very helpful and professional. She even stayed past closing time to help get me through the paperwork which was quick and easy and she even had the car cleaned washed and gassed up for me to drive away that night. You should request her when you go. All in all a great experience and and awesome truck.
Sales department good. Service department BAD! We bought a 2022 Tahoe from Jerry Seiner this year. The buying process was great. No complaints about the sales staff Chris was great to work with. We had to order it and wait about 6 months for it to get here but we were okay with it and they were good at keeping us updated. But it was due for its first oil change so I made an appointment and drove an hour to do it at the dealership where I bought it mostly because there was one small issue I hoped they could take care of. The Velcro holding the mats to the back of the 3rd row seats just isn’t working. Should be a fairly easy, quick fix I would think. I showed up at my appointed time, told them I would have to wait there while they worked on it, grabbed my complimentary beverage and waited in the cafe. 3 hours later I hadn’t heard from them so I asked for an update and they told me the oil had been changed but it was waiting on the right tech to check out the mats. I was fed up and told them to forget about it. Between the nearly 3 1/2 hours I wasted at the service department and the 2 hours it took to drive there and back they lost a customer because I definitely won’t be going back. You would think that having the customer waiting in the actual waiting room would be reason enough to practice good customer service but apparently not.
Cesar Torres, my salesman, did a fantastic job with my order, and keeping me informed with weekly updates. He made the process very smooth and easy. I do wish, however, that I would have pushed the issue further when it was revealed that my GM Friend code would net half the expected discount. I should have fought for the use of another discount code. Further, and this is partly on me, I wish the sales manager had given me the best available interest rate, instead of whatever GM Financial could offer. I would absolutely recommend Jerry Seiner Chevrolet, but would urge prospective customers to pay closer attention to those two things.

I recently moved to Utah from Texas and needed a new truck. Seiner was the only dealership that I could find that carried enough inventory and actually had exactly what I "thought" I was looking for readily available. The sales experience went quick and easy . . . signing paperwork took a couple of hours to get out of there but I think that's pretty consistent across the industry. Like I noted earlier, they had what I thought I wanted. After leasing the vehicle I have come to realize Chevrolet has changed their packages immensely so I am currently working a deal to exchange this for another vehicle that's more suited to my liking and they are being MORE THAN ACCOMODATING in getting this done. As with any dealerships I'm sure you'll find good and bad in it but, so far, I've been quite pleased with my experience. *** Side note, in trying to upgrade my vehicle to my liking I have had it in service and have had a pretty decent experience there as well. So, overall, I can say both sales and service have been quite awesome.
I was pleasantly surprised this time around with my service experience. Brandon always goes above and beyond to assist me with the care of my business and personal vehicles. I entrust my mechanical needs to Jason in the shop who has always done a great job. Taylor did the lube, oil and filter change as well as a tire rotation on my suburban on this recent visit. His video walk through of my vehicle describing the procedures done and current condition of my vehicle was excellent. This has not always been the case in the past by other techs. I suggest that any dealership hire, train, and strive to retain, quality techs and personnel that will provide a high level of professional care in a timely fashion while providing a pleasant waiting experience for their customers. All of these criteria were met on this occasion and I was very appreciative of that. I have been a long term customer of the Jerry Seiner dealerships dating back to when they first opened in the early 80's. I have purchased and serviced several of my vehicles there and am happy with the service that I experienced this visit. Thank you!
This dealership was so amazing from the very first contact, to leaving with an awesome and clean new car! Tristan, Miguel, Leo and Kevin were all so friendly and helpful, they completely restored my faith in purchasing a car from a dealership. Would definitely recommend going to these guys!
Tony was such a great person, and does a great job helping me find a car that is highly recommended even though I haven't purchase a car from him, but I can always come back and count on him. His communication is very clear and understandable also very honest and I like that he has those within him. I will definitely go to him when I want to purchase a new car.
Jennifer Tanner is the best sales person I've worked with, ever! She walked me through every item and option, never pressured me and even brought some food for my starving girl. After we finished paperwork she helped me setup the options on my new truck. Definitely above and beyond!
Went in this morning bought a brand new Trailblazer. The experience was excellent they were straightforward and extremely professional. It was not high pressure at all, Thank you for such a nice experience
