horrible horrible service! We reported partial power outage few days ago. This is serious issue and might cause fire since lights are flickering and meter not running.
They send you a letter to call them but they put the wrong phone number on the letter. Who does that? A company that is clueless.
This number is not the most reliable for an emergency. It’s just recording.
The audacity of not having an outside company help with this horrific power outage! Its been 3 days and their customer service had our development down as having power. I had to fight with the girl to update that we have NO POWER! THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN DECLARED AS A STATE OF EMERGENCY!!
No words for the lack of integrity, foresight, and ethical responsibility for their customers. The public deserves better from a private company where one has no other options for basic generation. ZERO STARS
