I recently visited Jersey Dental Arts and had a great experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in the door. They took the time to enroll me as a patient with my new insurance fairly easy. The dental hygienist did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. The dentist was also great, taking the time to explain any issues and answering all of my questions. The office itself was clean and well-maintained, and the equipment appeared to be top-of-the-line. I felt very comfortable and at ease during my visit. Overall, I highly recommend Jersey Dental Arts to anyone in need of dental care.

Dr. Ray is a god sent Angel!!!! She is so loving, warm, and caring but most importantly she is a true perfectionist who loves her patients and treats you like gold!!! Because of her I can smile from ear to ear I cried tears of joy she gave me ME again!!! The ladies at the front desk are also very helpful and so sweet they always accommodate all my requests im a patient now three years and Insha Allah a lifetime to come!!!!

For starters I never ever leave a review but because I have the best dentist ever; why not brag a little! Lol Dr. Ray is definitely the most gentle, attentive, caring, thorough, and compassionate dentist I have ever had. She explains everything step by step and knows how to calm me down when I feel anxious. Because of past horrific dental experiences with other dentists I'm always on edge waiting to get up from her chair in excruciating pain or bruised after dental work but I've already had 2 root canals and never needed antibiotics or pain meds before or after any procedure. Dr. Ray goes above and beyond to meet and exceed my expectations as a patient! I highly recommend her to anyone! Just wish my other family members can be her patients, too. She is truly the best dentist ever!

Excellent Service. This is the best dentist office in jersey city. I had an issue with my teeth. The staff took me in right away. Dr. Garcia does Excellent Work and is the best at what she do. Janet and staff, thanks alot. I highly recommend this office for your dental need.

Horrible service the first time I came here I was given wrong information about my coverage which caused me to pay a large fee I had a root canal done I was assigned to this location for a crown not only was the front receptionist rude and dismissive I left work early for the second time to arrive at my appointment to be told that I cant be seen because I wasn’t cleared from my insurance the rude receptionist, short Hispanic with glasses told me they should have called me there’s nothing she can do this is the same receptionist who wouldn’t help me the first time I came in I called to complain to the manager to be told she doesn’t take calls from patients then she finally comes to the phone annoyed like I’m the problem once I get my crown I will never come back here I will be escalating these issues your receptionist need to work on customer service and respect as rude as the manager was I see where they get it from unacceptable if you don’t like your job don’t take your frustrations out on the patient if you work in the line of customer service you should do better

I’ve been coming here for 14 years and I will continue to do so because I always get treated with respect. My dentist always explains any procedures I need and everyone is always super sweet. My younger son comes here too. He’s always comfortable and never scared to get his teeth cleaned. The wait time is never long, I never have issues. I’m happy.

My dentist group closed on Palisade Ave. They were the greatest team. They knew what had to be done n I knew I was in good hands. Everyone was very professional. I had a horrible experience today w this dental grp on Bergen Ave. First the lady that took my xrays had an attitude problem, then, there were like three in exam room, Then the worst was the biller...she was loud n with a certain tone, maybe an attitude issue, or maybe she thought she was doing me a favor. She was so loud reading the itemized cost list, what I had to pay n what the insurance would pay. Nasty persón. She is an older Hispanic not going back.

The dentists select which clients based on personal preference even though they are in network with insurances. It's a dental appointment not rocket science. Customer service is poor. Front desk support is poor. The dentist encourages people of color to seek treatment elsewhere. Beyond disrespectful.

I HIGHLY recommend going here! I havent been to this Dentist office in a long time. Jennifer from the front desk attended me with respect and explained everything to me in detail. Coming here again after so long, Makes me think "why did I stop coming here in the first place?" There were a lot of new renovations done which made the office look really clean, sanatized and very spacious! Also, if you're looking for a dentist office thats very attentive and proffessional, I suggest coming here. Staff are extremely polite, very detailed and trustworthy. Dr. Garcia is very gentle, precise, and uses all new tools. She really pays attention to your needs. This is definetly the place to go. Thank you very much for your amazing services!

Iv been going here for most my life , but in recent times I had 2 appointment & in both appointments I left worst then when I came in. Today I had another appointment the 2 receptionist he left have attitude problems and the one on the right just needs to learn to talk to ppl nicely in English. I had an emergency appointment today but I walked out because the dentist gave me teeth filling, 3 months ago but she ended up bridging two of my molars in the back to the point I couldnt floss right & when I brought it up to her I was met with sarcasm & uncomfortable stares as she attempts to floss the connected teeth. Keep in mind I was there on an emergency visit because the fillings she gave me started causing pain 3 month in.
