Jersey Mike's Subs

Love the food, but will be weary of going back to this location. When I walked in one of the employees was eating. Even though there were two behind the counter, he immediately jumped up and put gloves on - omitting washing his hands - to help. Appreciate the dedication to the job, wish the health code was better kept.

This is only my handful of times I’ve had Jersey Mike’s…. I had The Original Italian - Provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, and pepperoni with lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion and Jalapeños that I added. The sandwich was fresh, crisp, salty, spicy and cheesy all in a delicious way. I would definitely get this sandwich again. It seemed to weigh a couple of pounds… if you haven’t tried Jersey Mike’s … I would highly recommend getting a sandwich from them soon.

If I could give a negative review I would: more than once I've ordered from this location AND SPECIFIED A FOOD ALLERGEN TO BE LEFT OFF MY SANDWICH AND IT'S BEEN THERE. "Bridgette" not her real name the staff member I spoke to said: oops, sorry but, we are really busy right now. . . HOWEVER: food allergies are potentially deadly to people like me. This is ridiculous. I called corporate...I'll call them DAILY until I get a proper resolution.

One of the employees is high or something, and I can't even take an order without messing something up and trying to add something to your ordermaking it harder for his coworkers to do their jobs. I encourage you to order online or through the app, and hopefully, you get the right orderFood: 4/5

3 stars because food is 5 and service is 1. On 2 seperate occasions I ordered through the app and arrived at the time that was stated on the app. Each time I had to wait 20+ minutes extra for my food. This most recent time was a over the weekend. 4 employees were there. 1 was working on an order and 3 were talking to each other. I gave them my name and they starting asking me what I wanted on my order. The order that was placed 40 minute prior online. They clearly did not make it when it was submitted. Total wait from order was 57 minutes, the time promised by the app was 30 minutes. I feel like 57 minutes to make 2 sandwiches on a day slow enough where 3/4 of the staff was not actively working is excessive. The food quality was good, but I would definitely recommend a different location until this one can figure out their issues.

This Jersey Mike's is gross, went in to get a sub, and they had a guy with long hai and no hair net. Hee put on gloves and kept touching his face ... I asked for a hot sub, hoping that a different person would make it.. but instead, he started to make it on top of other food from the dirty grill .. Gross, I don't know how they have such a high rating and have not gotten in trouble for this grossness.. this is unprofessional. I hope a health inspector reads this and investigates.

I ordered the Bacon Chicken Ranch sandwich. The chicken was brown and tasteless. I was told it was chicken breast and the brown was from the grill. It was basically ground chicken. When I took it back the man at the counter laughed at me when I asked if it was chicken. The manager/owner said she would refund it. She couldn't find the ticket and we ended walking out. We live in Seattle and have NEVER ENCOUNTERED a bad experience at Jersey Mikes. The man at the counter accused my son of being racist and he had said NOTHING about his color. UPDATE.. The email address below is a BUNK email. Both my email were returned.

Came here Sunday afternoon. I ordered 3 Mikes Chicken Philly, my daughter had a separate order of a completely different sandwich. We got home all of our sandwiches were the same and SUPER salty. The guy preparing our food was new because he kept asking the other guy what all went on them. Ultimately I think he just free styled our sandwiches, waste of money. Not to mention the two guys working were super weird, the place did not have a welcoming vibe what so ever. If I’m shopping in that area again I will never come back to this particular location. Oh and they were out of lettuce….

A bunch of great people. Appreciate the recommendation for the number 43 and letting us know about the other bread. We like Jersey Mike's even more now. See y'all next trip.
