This was my first time here. My son absolutely love it and was able to burn up all of his energy. We arrived at 12:30 and it was empty. More people started to arrive around 1. It allowed my son to play without having to wait or bump into other children. There is free WiFi available. The rock wall climbing, bumper cars, and arcade is extra. Your admission is good all day so you can leave and then come back. Since we are local, this is great. I just wish there were coupons available in the local flyers perhaps buy one admission get one free for a friend. Overall good place for a rainy or cold day.

This is a very good place to have birthday parties. The owner is very flexible with options and provides lots of freebies and additional gifts to kids. The food options are a lot and the slides are also very enjoyable to the kids.

Great value for a kid's Birthday Party celebration.

I celebrated my son's fourth birthday at jerZjump with all his friends 20 and they just loved it. They had so much fun jumping and at the arcade that our voices went hoarse. The pizzas were very tasty and I had ordered Samosa and Vegetables for the parent - the Samosas were delicious and the vegetables very crisp and fresh. The food looked very appetizing. The staff was very efficient and friendly. They were very well organized. I truly loved the hassle free, hands free and tons of fun experience.

The price for the Inflatables & play gm is worth the trip .. arcades ,rock climbing wall & bumper cars also fun to .. good food and staff will keep coming back

Good decent place for kids birthday party. Kids enjoy their fun time and staff here is great and helpful. Few of my friends had their kids party here and it was great. They have food for party and not sure if includes in price. Since I personally didn't rent my self. But place is clear and pizza was good as well.

We recently celebrated my son's birthday here. Good place, staff was friendly and flexible. They recently changed their pizza menu and we liked it a lot. Kids enjoyed as well.

Thought it would be a great place for my two year old and ten year old. We get there and are told there is no toddler room and our daughter is too small to go on anything. They had 4 toys for her to play with. My son got bored quicky as there was only 3 bouncy things for him to play on and a net obstacle course. For $5 more he got to climb a small rock wall twice. We stayed a total of one hour. Staff was rude and preferred to talk with each other rather than help the customers. Will not be going back.

Last week, I hosted my daughters Birthday party at JerzJump, It was a horrible experience. The staff was very rude and were just going through the chores, no engagement with the kids at all. They started the party late, so the kids didn't get allotted time in the first room. One of the ride deflated within minutes which was not fixed. The pizzas were tasty but cold. Though the 3 types of drinks I ordered were supposed to be unlimited, they served it in 3 small jars, which were empty all the time. You have to remind them each time to refill, so most of my guest used the water fountain outside. The room where you eat and cut cake is small. So most of the parents have to stand outside in a common area. And to top this all, the staff damaged the cake while taking it out of the box. My daughter is disappointed that her birthday party was not as fun and I am disappointed that even spending $800, I couldn't make her happy.

Great and safe place for kids to have some fun and blow some steam. The place is big, doesn't feel crowded even if there are a lot of people. Friendly and helpful staff and ever present. The food was ok for a place like this and served fresh, the kitchen is on site. Lots of parking available and easy to find through GPS.
