Dr. Opened the door of the waiting room, and from the door he glanced for 1 second not exaggerating; literally 1 second at my toe then said it was infected and that he was going to have to remove the toe nail, to then, storm out of the room. Since I was paying out of pocket, they said the cost would be $240 remove toenail. I Looked for a second opinion; no remuval of the nail was nessesary, and only had to pay $40.
Office moved to a temporary location, where they have no records of their patients because they have no digital files at all. I needed an follow up MRI before leaving the country for two month, but now have to wait until their old office reopens. I was able to provide all the information they needed to call my insurance for an authorization code, but they still refused to do so.
