Came to New Orleans scouting out local vendors, especially in the French Market and while walking down Decatur the decor of Jester’s grabbed my attention. Within the first few minutes of browsing, I absolutely fell in love and met the staff. Britney is most definitely amazing, she above and beyond provided top notch customer service. I purchased some very cool collectibles and even better locals only snacks. Not disappointed at all!! I sure didn’t want to leave, but had to get on with my day and it’s a guarantee that I will be back!!
Very rude and size discrimination. They charge more for plus sizes. Even though the shirt was the same, they went on to tell me how it costs them more money so it should cost me more money. I did research, buying in bulk does not actually charge more, and even if it did then charge the same price for all the shirts accordingly, not more for plus sizes. Really awful way to treat customers and had a very blaming the customer response.
Great prices, good options! A staff member helped me pick a present for my niece.
We stopped in Jesters and found the tee shirts of a much better quality than many of all the other shops. I purchased 3, and upon returning back to WI two of the shirts were to small. I emailed the store as the email address was on the receipt. Steve promptly responded, and when a replacement in the size I needed was not available, we touched base via texting the available colors. An exchange was made and kudo"s to Steve and this wonderful gift shop!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. A specific shirt caught my eye during closing hours, so I went back during regular business hours to get it. My family and I walked in the following day and the employee on duty looked at us before promptly retreating to the back of the store without greeting us. We waited for him to come back out and asked him if he saw us come in. He said yes. I decided not to make a purchase from this place.
We stopped in and purchased some shirts and other souvenirs. The prices are great, and so are the options. After getting home and realizing a defect with one of the items, I sent an email and Steve did everything possible to correct it. This will be the first place we go to next time we are in town!
Extremely disappointed with the rude and unprofessional staff. From start to finish, their demeanor was dismissive and unwelcoming. Cannot recommend.
Jesters is another souvenir in the French quarter they sell everything that a tourist would go and buy to take home.
Was sent to get some goodies for family before coming back home. The cashier was so rude it wasn’t even worth spending my money.
