I expected far more from this hotel! The room was worn out. The TV only worked for 3 channels. The ice machine on the floor did not work. Called front desk and after being on hold for 10 minutes, got hung up on. Had to go down to hotel bar to get ice. Next day, left note under ice bucket asking for refill from room attendant, returned to room that evening to find everything cleaned up and our note propped up against EMPTY ice bucket… like FU I’m not getting you ice! So had to go back down to bar to get ice. Pool was closed the entire time although I was being charged $50/day I resort fee- The solution- go next door to Aria and use their pool. I could have stayed at a different hotel for far less but thought I would splurge for a nice hotel- NEVER AGAIN! Don’t waste your money!
You'll want to be aware that a Jet Luxury unit is owned by an individual. You are not a Vdara guest. Meaning, the staff will not clean your room, or support you in any way. Valet is the slowwwwest in Las Vegas. Access to the strip is a decent walk. Was told by hotel desk I was in a "glorified Air BNB". I would not stay again.Rooms: 2/5
Owner rental same as vdara hotel. Need house keeping just call the service no difference. This time it is lower floor but view still ok Bellagio fountain show out from window. Maybe just partial still feel great
It's not really Vdara. It's a third party. You get zero service from Jet Luxury. You also get zero service from Vdara because this isn't Vdara.Rooms: 3/5

Don't know where the complaints come from. You check in at Vdara, there's complimentary valet certain rooms, friendly staff, clean rooms. 5 stars
