I had to stop them and have them reinstall it flush with the outside. They used 1x4 in, boards for the inside trim. A 1x4in board is 3.5 in, they measured 3.75 in. leaving a .25 in. the gap between the window and the trim.

Worst people worst Service, I am not sure if the Business Owner knows the Situation, but the employees hired are the worst to deal with. Good Luck on your Business, Atleast I won't recommend these people to any of my friends.
