I really wanted to love this place — they’ve got some very pretty jewelry. Unfortunately, I’ve had a terrible experience. I brought them a ring that was passed down to me from my grandmother after one of the diamonds fell out. They suggested I get the entire ring re-pronged to avoid losing any more with white gold rather than the platinum of the original prongs. When I got the ring back, the replacement diamond was noticeably smaller than the rest pic below and the new prongs were catching on everything. I went back to the store to discuss the issue. They agreed that the diamond wasn’t a great fit and said they’d search for a replacement, which was both frustrating and encouraging — if the diamond was too small, why would they put it in the ring at all? Either way, I appreciated that they were willing to fix the problem. After I’d heard nothing for 3 weeks, I called to follow up. They told me the diamond was a very unique size, and because of that, they were still searching and would get back to me the following week. That was 3 weeks ago now. I lost another diamond from the ring two days ago. I don’t think I’m particularly hard on rings. I’ve worn this one every day for almost 20 years without issue, so I can’t imagine why a 6-week-old prong would fall off. The original ones lasted 60 years! What a waste of $1500, not to mention what I’ll have to pay someone else to redo the prongs and find TWO matching diamonds. Would definitely avoid this place for jewelry repairs.

Jewelfire is AMAZING!!! They made my wife's engagement/wedding ring 25 years ago, and now I had them create a custom ring for my son to propose to his fiancee. Of course she LOVES it. Impeccable work and beautifully crafted! The diamond is absolutely gorgeous as well. I can't say enough about how happy I am to work with Grant and his Team for ALL of our family's jewelry that they've created for us over the years. They have always taken care of us and treated us like family. Thank you!!!

I can’t thank all the wonderful employees and owner enough for re-sizing my antique ring. I should have known better than to have hit two other places before them. A large jeweler told me my piece was too complicated to resize, offered me the option to spend thousands to have the ring re created or turned into a necklace. The second jeweler quoted me over 200.00. The moment I walked into Jewelfire, I knew that would be my last stop and the only stop I will make for any repairs or purchases. They confidently took my ring, said piece of cake. Charged me a incredibly reasonable amount and to make it even better, had it done in two hours. The work is flawless, I couldn’t be happier. Support this business, you won’t be disappointed!!

I have taken several antique rings for repair to JewelFire Diamonds at 80th and Wadsworth. They have jewelers on site and work is completed fairly quickly. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They did an excellent job with my jewelry - the rings have never looked as nice as they do now. I can even stop by and ask for them to be cleaned which happens quickly, expertly and with a smile. Definitely my go to for any jewelry need!

Amazing service! They custom designed my engagement/wedding band set, and communicated constantly through the design process. I was referred by my parents, and couldn't have had a better experience. I love talking with them every time we go back to have the rings cleaned.

I've gone in before to have my rings sized and they have done beautiful work and then I went in today to have a two rings sized was a bit sad because I wanted them for a party tomorrow and they got them done Today!! Then I was showing them I had a diamond missing in my other ring and they took care of that too! The people are always so amazing when I come in. The customer service is great and the quality of work is beautiful! I would recommend them to anyone!!.

I have only great things to say about Jewelfire diamonds. The service we received was so professional from the very beginning. We needed some very complex custom work on an existing ring to essentially change the entire shape and layout and they were so patient and helpful through the entire process. My wife now has the wedding ring with the layout she's wanted for many years. This is local business done right and clearly demonstrates why Jewelfire deserves our business and our respect. We could tell the employees knew their craft exceptionally well and enjoyed working there as we saw countless other customers served and leaving just as ecstatic with their purchases and the service they received as we were.
