I was the only customer in the store and was looking to purchase some jewelry, I had just come from downstairs and had a foam container of shrimp with me from the food court. As I was browsing I sat the box on the counter and was abruptly told to remove it. I said “I can’t set my box on the counter?” Confused, and he was surprised but managed to say “it could leak juices onto the counter” the glass counter “it’s not leaking anything” I said and he ignored me… It’s a glass counter, not carpet and I’m a 35 year old adult, & customer but it’s more important for you to flex your authority over the COUNTER than be polite. I wanted to purchase a solid gold stud and decided not to after the interaction. I only go into a store if I’m going to spend money, if you’re rude or think it’s appropriate to flex your authority over the store when I’m being a courteous shopper, I will not return & I’ll make sure my coworkers, who also work in the mall, are aware of how you treat your customers. The interaction was cringey, teach your employees how and WHEN to handle issues IF they arise instead of creating them.

The lady that helped me was super sweet. The hoodie that they customized came out perfect and my dad loved it.

Its more expensive for clothes then i wish but they have unquie good quaility items. I only go here for body jewelry. I have been going to JNS since it was in 5th ave mall before it came to diamond center. Worth checking out.

I needed a gift, I had a shirt concept or 12 in my head which needed out, and I wanted my family to think I was the coolest for delivering it. Boom! Could not find a hoodie with a pentacle on it anywhere in Anchorage so I sent went to see the girls at J-N-S and they did an amazing job on my custom hoodie.

I've been purchasing my ear plus here for over 10 years, and I've always been satisfied with the selection, as well as the quality of the jewelry. Heck I wore one set for over 6 years until I lost a backing!

Jewelry N stuff is a family owned business I’ve been going to for many years. Even back when they were located at their 5th Ave location it’s the best place to get unique custom made items done ASAP they also have the best prices in town on custom made apparel and unique body jewelry.

Very unprofessional place. My first experience with them i needed to get a shirt done for a funeral. There machine was broken and i had asked the guy when he thought he could have the shirts ready cause they needed to be done by the next day, he rudely barked at me and said I KNOW WHEN THEY NEED TO BE DONE BY. The second experience i had was much better. But this last experience was the worst. I came to pick up my already done shirt, the worker at the front desk couldn’t find the shirts even though i had called earlier in the day and they confirmed they were ready for pick up so I waited until the worker found them. I was with my friend who wanted to order a shirt for himself. The worker told us to fill out an order form and told us he would give it to his co-worker the next day because he didn’t know how to print shirts. I asked if we needed to pay for the shirt then or when we came to pick up the shirt. He told us that we could just pay for it after we picked it up. I called the next day because i wanted to make sure someone was told about the shirt because the worker seemed so clueless. The girl on the phone said they had the order but that they couldn’t print the shirt because we had to pay for it in advance, i let her know that i had specifically asked the worker the day before if i had to pay for it before the shirt was printed and he told me no. So i asked her if she was going to give us a discount for the shirt since we were not only told the wrong information but also now have to make an extra trip just to pay for the shirt before it’s printed. She told me no that her boss said they wouldn’t give us a discount. I don’t understand y they would leave an obviously untrained employee alone in the store and then not make up for the wrong information the clueless employee gave us. It was the boss’s fault in the first place for letting a clueless employee work alone. I do not recommend them and I’m going to be looking for another tshirt printing place.

This store is awesome! I love how fast I can get a custom shirt or sticker and the wide selection of jewelry. As someone before me just said: it’s been awesome all the years I have been going and it’s even better now with the new management!
