Jewish Family & Child Service (JFCS) has assisted Portland-area residents for 70 years. We help marginalized people of all faiths and backgrounds realize their full potential, and serve diverse communities that have evolving needs. In particular, JFCS excels at helping vulnerable seniors and people with intellectual and developmental disabilities live with dignity and autonomy.
JFCS offers a wide range of human services including individual, couple, family, and group counseling, services for seniors and people with disabilities, emergency assistance and referrals during time of crisis, services for immigrant and refugees and Holocaust survivors. All our services are offered without regard to age, race, religion, ethnicity, gender, or sexual orientation.
