I recently moved into my apartment at 10 Hanover, and I love it. It was completely renovated before I moved in, and all appliances are modern and beautiful. The leasing team is 5-star. Ryan, Katie, Debbie, JT, Jeff, and Kevin, I can't say enough. They've been responsive and super helpful, guided me through, and made the process stress-free and easy. All the door men at the building and the maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. Carl, Tom and Vasily make you feel welcome every time you walk in and always take care of the packages. Mark the super, and his team are also great. If there are any concerns or needs, the response is prompt, and they make sure to take care of it right away.

I have worked with numerous brokers and consultants and Kevin Stainback is far and away the best. He answers all questions thoroughly, he got maintenance people in within hours of our conversation, and has given us updates and dealt with everything with a quickness. I think from start to finish we were sleeping in our new apartment in a week! I couldn't recommend him anymore! Its great to know you are in great hands and with someone who truly cares about your experience. 10 out of 5 stars!

Do not live here if you like safe elevators or elevators that work in general. I have lived here for over a year and have yet to have a single week where every elevator was working. Management doesn’t care what so ever. Worse yet, I have had several situations of getting stuck in the elevator and the elevator dropping multiple floors before catching itself. As well, the rent is completely unjustified for the quality of the building and amenities offered. I would never live here again.

I've never felt the need to write a review before but I feel others should be aware before they sign they're leases. The apartments themselves are very nice. I've never had any issues with the units themselves so far. However, the elevators are a constant problem. Multiple times a week, at least one of the cars is shut down creating a wait that can last over 15 minutes. I've had to climb 40+ flights of stairs to get to my apartment multiple times. I've also been trapped in a broken elevator before. I'm not sure why they never seem to be fixed, but it creates a real problem for residents.

Pursuing a sublet/move out process currently and it is not simple. However, Kevin S. from the leasing office was extremely helpful, compassionate, and professional. He is incredibly responsive and helped me throughout this process. Thank you Kevin!

I regards to living, it’s a very clean and nice building. The security was very nice and welcoming. Specifically management was not nice. They gave me problems with renting the apartment in the first place. There was specially one person leasing manager that was not nice at all. If it was not for my broker Nathan Bradshaw , who went out of his way for me I would not have gotten this place. I was told by the leasing manager that she sent my security deposit back two weeks ago. Yet I never received it and she now proceeds to ignore me. Very unprofessional

This is the most awful experience I've had leasing an apartment. I have videos of multiple leaks in my apartment, and the building manager, Katie Ullman, has done 0 to remedy the situation. I have had 3 major leaks in the span of less than one year, and I have videos of water pouring from the ceiling. These leaks have ruined my bed, nightstand, carpets, and pillows, and Katie has done nothing but responded with short, rude answers telling me to contact my insurance company if I want any compensation for the damaged property.
