Lukewarm service staff and with very overpriced PPE and eateries. One plain bagel for $5.51!!!

Fast and easy access from parking lot. You should declare the ny state entrance on ny state's government website.

It's like a Ghostown.

Security was unnecessarily rude, rushed everyone but then were working super slowly. Everything is super expensive.

I really liked the Duty Free store that seems very new. They have an awesome Tea with a pyramid shape called Tea Forte! Can't wait trying it.

Great connection between the airport and New York City. The train station is very easy to find just following the signs at arrivals. There is a train every ~20 minutes to Jamaica station from where you can take subway or Long Island rail to the rest of the city. The train and the station were clean.

Very nice terminal, always clean and tidy. Very well organised. Staff are very helpful.

Very good and not too crazy as terminal 4. Employees are very helpful and polite .
