Personally I’ve had a great experience for the few years I’ve come to this salon. Thanks to an old coworker I was introduced to Fanny and in decades of getting my nails done I’ve never had a better nail tech. Her precision is unmatched. She truly takes time to make sure everything is even and as close to perfection as possible. Highly recommend her! Just a heads up - she works on appointments only.

Went to this place twice, the second time the lady cracked my toenail as she was taking off the fell, the owner Maria swore up and down her worker didn’t do it, but I would know if my toenail was cracked in half plus the gel would have been cracked as well showing the nail was cracked!! This is what the mail looked liked after not before. How do u crack a toenail ?!?! After 20 years getting my nails done I never had an experience like this. The owner didn’t even want to talk to me, she was actin nonchalant and fake busy, when a clustomer has a problem, you supposed to address it IMMEDIATELY!!m never going back again. She didn’t even offer me any compensation, not a discount or say this mani & pedi is on me and I apologize. Nothing, poor business skills. I should have called the police. I have pictures, and video, might still file a lawsuit bc my toenail is messed up, right in the beginning of summer! And it kind of hurts, like I said never experienced anything like this before!! Not to mention a week later my cuticle on my finger nail got infect with something called paronychia, which I had to have the pus drained, this is caused by infected cuticles, their tools must be dirty and not sterilized or new!! Never going back. Only went bc they were $10 cheaper than other places, u get what u pay for!!! The last picture is the picture of my pedi after they put gell on top the nail they cracked. Now if my toenail was cracked prior to gettin it done, wouldn’t I have noticed it or the nail tech. Clearly I can see it thru the gell, which wasn’t the case when I arrived!!. The lady who did my nails has never taken dip off in her life. She kept asking the other lady questions. She filed my nails down so much my nails are burning. My nail is cracked in half and she didn’t do anything to help it. Go somewhere else

They do nails Beautifully but they make you book an appointment and when you get there someone else is in their chairs! I’m confused as to why you make us book an appointment only to get there and have to wait! The place is small, they allow people who aren’t getting their nails done to sit there! Why? The owner’s Daughter has a nasty attitude! Now this was a Year or more ago give or take! Me and my Daughter went there on a regular basis and they were all nice in the beginning but as time progressed they switched up on us and Idk why. We always tipped them Good. Me and Daughter work hard for our money and we took it somewhere else!

I had a wonderful experience with my gel manicure and jelly pedicure. Staff was very attentive, nice,and cleaned utensils. My only wish was that they cleaned the seating in between customers, but I would return again!

got a reg mani pedi. great service and super patient considering how long it took me to pick colors. happy with the results. thank you!! $ i would say comparable to market. for a no frills place like this 35 mani pedi. they do have partitions at the mani stations and all employees wear masks. shop is also stocked w sanitizer

This is my go-to nail salon in Harlem. I have been going to this salon for about 5 years. The salon is small but the prices are super competitive and level of service is excellent. Their pedicures are thorough and luxurious. Fanny is my favorite nail tech and does gorgeous nail designs.Services: Nail art

I paid $140 and it seem like it was a problem if I wanted my nails a certain way , and if I wanted to get design I had to pay $40 extra. One hand of nails is longer than my other hand. The colors are off. It was really bad never go here.
