They make a good fan tuan essentially a giant rice ball shaped like a burrito unfortunately they don't have the original with a dried cruller, pickled greens and pork floss. Relatively inexpensive as well.
Super fast, clean and tasty! Pop in to try a rice roll and know I’ll be back. Also, budget friendly and fast friendly service.
The owner seemed very sweet and earnest. Rice roll was interesting. I got the one with shrimp. quite reasonable since they gave me a dollar off the regular price of $4.50. It's made with black rice which is something I have not seen before. It has some pickled vegetables and mayonnaise in it. I would definitely top it off with some soy and sriracha but it was a nice little snack to walk down the street with because it's conveniently wrapped like a burrito. They also sell an assortment of bowls with many kinds of toppings.
The owners put a lot of thoughts into making the traditional fan tuan into a healthier/lighter version. They replaced the fried dough with fresh vegetables like cucumber, seaweed and lettuce, and wrapped in healthier purple rice. Very good price! I normally have a hard time finishing a fan tuan because it’s too heavy or salty. But this was so good!
This place has the best rice rolls I've ever had. Clean and friendly. They even serviced us at Thier closing. Must get every time we are in town. Cheap and filling eats. Please try this place if you have taste buds.
Really tasty chicken rice for a good price. Quick and friendly service. Great for a quick lunch.
Closed with grates down Oct 23 at 8:45am. Obviously posted hours are wrong or the place doesn’t observe its promised schedule. Wasted trip to Chinatown.
A small restaurant that is easy to stop by
