Awful customer service They told me I needed front brake pads and they could install for 220.00......because they are metal to metal and the rotors will need changing if this is not done asap..... I declined their offer so my husband could install himself. Brought brakes at auto store..took home to hubby....he was hot as hell under the collar when he jacked up his SUV to install and NO BRAKES NEEDED....PERFECTLY GOOD.. BAD BUSINESS. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THEM AGAIN. ALL SENIOR CITIZENS BEWARE..

The service and professionalism at this location is top tier. I went for a oil change which was quick and efficient. They also vacuumed my car after my oil change. I will be using this location for all my car’s maintenance. 10/10Service: Oil change

First time ever using Jiffy Lube! Vehicle ntrance was in the rear and the office entrance is on the front - was confusing to me as I didn't see any signs directing one to the office. However, staff was very friendly and helpful, along with discussing your needs and their recommendations based on computer analysis. Based on current economics and inflation, prices were reasonable! Service was quick and efficient - I was satisfied! I might very well return!

Bait and switch false advertisements warning I came in for a full synthetic oil change when presented the coupon for 74.99 I was told because my car took Mobil 1 and not a brand which was not listed and not specified on coupon they could not honor the coupon listed price, when I spoke to the manager he told me "I can't help you I just work here" WOW what has Honor and Customer Service come to in this day and age I will be sure to pass this on to Jiffy lube HQ Blauvelt Jiffy Lube Properties get a thumbs down for me Update 1-8-23 with the assistance of Managemnt my issue was resolved and my coupon was honored, Thank youService: Oil change
