Jiffy Lube

Let me say that I have NEVER had service like this before at a Jiffy Lube. I have been driving since the age of 21…and we are talking 20+ years. Ms. Lovemore was very friendly and welcoming from the moment I pulled up. She has a great personality to be a representative of your company brand. I felt at home by the staff, even the coffee was delicious! They recognized by my tire tread that I am in serious need of an alignment. And gave me some really good recommendations that I plan on following up on. Isaac helped me for my ignition key to inform me to get it fixed before it becomes an issue, and even where to go! They all were very knowledgeable! This is my spot, I’m not going anywhere else! Please do not change the staff…leave them just as they are at this location. Although they were short handed when I arrived, the manager contacted those in line assuring us they were working to get to us and kept us informed. All the mechanics were courteous and made sure I knew what needed to be done and whether or not it was imperative or not to have a service performed. I drove up and was greeted with a smile by a Service Technician. Who escorted me to the waiting room abd offered coffee or water. I waited no more than 15-minutes for service to be completed. The Service Tech did reviewed and recommended work to be done. When service was done, I was completely satisfied. Thank you!Service: Oil change

I came in for an oil change, they changed the oil and showed me what else was needed. I was only in the waiting room which seemed like 10 to 15 minutes and they were done. They did an excellent job on my vehicle like they always do. I have taken all my vehicles here and I won't take it anywhere else. They are truly professionals.

Can't speak for all jiffy, but this location takes the cake. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Fast service without sacrificing quality. Let's just say I would go out of my way to get my car service at this location off Reisterstown Rd. Check them out and you'll see why.

Friendly service and fast. This is the fastest that I have ever gotten an oil change with people ahead of me. They cost more than other places but I will keep coming back from now on.

We have a fleet of 30 + vehicles that we use Jiffy Lube for our oil changes. Recently, we've experienced the oil filters not be tightened to spec. In each case, my driver noticed a puddle of oil under the service truck shortly after having the oil changed and found the oil filter was not properly tightened. The drivers were able to tighten the filters and be on their way. Had the drivers not noticed the oil puddle, the possibility of replacing the engines could certainly become a reality. We continue to use Jiffy Lube locations at this time however we are re-evaluating our normal scheduled maintenance provider.Service: Oil change

This was the quickest visit ive ever had to a jiffy lube. Literally had my oil changed, anti freeze refilled, and windshield wipers changed in 15 minutes.Service: Oil change
