I went here because it’s close to my house and I am glad I did! They were very professional and polite. The gentleman there even looked up tire quotes for me! I was greeted with a friendly hello by a professional technician named Kyle. I believe he was the manager. He helped me diagnose a simple brake lines / fluid issue as well as an upgrade oil change for my high mileage vehicle. He also offered another solution to a different problem I was having with a window actuator. My overall experience was fantastic and I will be a returning customer. Although the customer service is good, the average waiting time to get anything fixed is at least an hour even for something as simple as a basic oil change. They told me it would be 20 minutes max but it actually was over 2 hours. I eventually left and decided it was not worth my time and they were not able to do anything at all since the technician was not available that day. Multiple people ended up leaving because they experienced the same issue long waiting times even if they had an appointment.Service: Oil change
Although they were super busy, I was able to get my car serviced in a reasonable time. Gage was awesome. He is extremely professional, amazingly personable, knowledable, calm under the pressure of a high operational tempo, and efficient. I recently had my car's oil changed at this location and was extremely disappointed with the experience. A few days after the oil change, the check engine light came on. Upon further inspection, I discovered that the engine cover had been left off and was crushed by the hood. When I returned to address the issue, the staff were unable to find any problems they had caused and offered to replace the engine cover. However, upon taking my car to the dealership for a second opinion, it was discovered that the oil cap had not been properly tightened, causing an air intake leak. When I asked Jiffy Lube to reimburse me for the dealership's inspection, they were unable to provide a manager and have not followed up with me since. They gave me a replacement engine cover, but I returned it as it did not fit my engine. As a result of this experience, I have incurred significantly more costs than having the dealer change the oil and spent far more time resolving the issue than it would have taken me to simply do the job myself. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE Don't even waste your time coming to this jiffy lube to get your car serviced. I took in my 2015 vehicle because the ac was blowing hot air and they charged me $300 to "fix" it. They also said they would top off my coolant as well. I waited 3 hours for the to fix the issue and when I got my vehicle back, I drove it for not even a minuet down the street and the engine started overheating and the air condition continued to blow hot air. I took it back and let them know there was an issue and they said it was the coolant causing the engine to overheat because it was empty. How is it empty? They topped it off but I guess they let it leak out by not putting the cap back on securely. I waited another hour for them to correct it. Once it was "fixed" a second time, I drove my car where it started to over heat again. I never had a issue with the engine until I had Jiffy lube "fix" it. I called jiffy lube and submitted a complaint. They contacted me 2 days later and I spoke with the GM, Mark. He was pretty rude. Basically telling me I wasn't a mechanic and didn't know for sure if it was in fact Jiffy lube that messed up my car even though they were the only ones to service it. He did not offer to fix it or give me a refund. Instead I went down just for them to tell me it be 2k for them to "fix" the issue. Of course I did not go back to them and went else where. Almost a month goes by and guess what. My AC IS BLOWING HOT AIR AGAIN. They couldn't even fix the issues I originally came in to get fixed. I would strongly recommend you go somewhere that is more reliable. Like Firestone. *Update* They reached out to us to correct the issue because our AC is still broken. We went over there just for them to tell us.they were going to charge us $300 in labor. So it's a 2hr job and they are going to charge us $150 per hour for a mistake they made. So they wasted my time AGAIN. No integrity at all. Awful. Just Awful.
VERY DISAPPOINTED in how I was greeted. I came in the wrong way due to 1st time coming to this location. I apologize. But associate was unprofessional..told me all cars were to be driven around for 25 minutes weather they were new or not My 300s Chrysler not even due an emissions test.He didn't seem to want my business. So I went to west side..2915 coors location and was given excellent..courteous..professional..informative services By the young men there.
I was there from 11:30 am until 5 pm. I had my oil changed and brakes replaced. It was suppose to take 2 hours but because of staffing shortages it took 5.5 hours. They kept telling me it was only going to be “a little bit longer” At no point did they tell me to get a ride because it was going to take some time. Also I had my 9 month old daughter with me the entire time. They need to be clearer with their customers about how long services will take. I wouldn’t have minded the wait if they told me and I could have gotten a ride to do other activities.Services: Oil change
We requested to top off coolant but when I got home n checked the coolant we discovered it was wrong color floating on top. I took it to my dealership to check it Luckily they saw that jiffy lube tech put in wrong fluid says it looks like oil floating on top so now have yo flush it all out n put in new coolant. Your business is going to have yo reimburse me for doing this huge error that would have destroyed my engine had I NOT checked your technicians work !! I am going g back to the jiffy lube store as soon as I have mt car repaired 1 hr wait and I expect this big mistake to be fixed with refund !!Service: Auto engine diagnostic
Everyone was very friendly. Gabe explained everything that they checked on our car. He then gave us our options and told us why, or why not to do further services. We'll continue to have our car serviced at Jiffy Lube. ThanksService: Oil change
