I went in for an oil change on a 2019 Nissan optima what less than 20,000 miles on it. When I got there he told me I had corrosion in my break fluid system. Me not knowing what he was talking about I asked him to take a picture of it. I looked it up all over the Internet and it says that my bracelet was just as good as anyone else’s out there. I called the person/dealership that I bought the car from and he told me that that was impossible. I sent them the picture come with the gentleman took. They told me that I did not need that service. I guess I was taking advantage of being a woman. I will spread the word and I will never return to Jiffy Lube again. Disappointment Customer. I will be in contact with your corporation come Monday morning. It’s not nice to do the dirty to people. Karma is strong & God has a Heavy Hand . I am a poor single mother who was taken advantage of. And I will tell my story to everyone I know!!! My car did not mean this service
The service is awesome!! I love the way the guys clean my SUV inside and out! The way there system is set up..it's awesome! I never had my SUV cleaned like that at such affordable prices! I only started going last month and I tell you I hit the jackpot! I am a permanent customer. The employees are great I love the place!!! They get a 10 plus 1 !!!
Pulled into Jiffy Lube with a non working battery. The team quickly evaluated and confirmed our issue was the battery, not something else, checked to ensure a replacement was in stock, dropped it in and we were out of there in less than 20 minutes. Called in the morning, went in around 1030AM and got quick same day service for my oil change - the team was able to identify that I needed a new valve cover as well, with an added service they still were able to get this resolved quickly ~ 2.5 hours. The services and cost were communicated to me before which I thoroughly appreciated - the manager was super friendly and communicated very well. Once I picked my car up it was running like new. Despite being understaffed Carl was friendly and gave me the heads up and despite saying it would take longer than normal honestly the time felt short and he got me in and out on my day off so I could relax. Always can appreciate someone who values other's time.Services: Oil change
I was really happy with the service here. The manager Kyon was very professional and made the whole process smooth and simple. The assistants Joe and Brandon changed my oil quickly and even let me know I should get my flex pipe looked at because it had wear. I went to get an inspection because I was due and turns out they were right. Luckily it was a cheap fix. Anyway, I had a great experience and will be returning.Service: Oil change
Update: General Manager called me after submitting a complaint and all he said was "sorry for your experience. I understand if you dont want to come back." Helpful... Horrible customer service. Made an absolute mess under my hood, by spilling oil on almost every surface. Caused smoking and burning smell. I have never had this problem with other oil changes. Needed a last minute oil change, so this was my only option. Wouldn't recommend. They also scared me into getting my brakes flushed. After they had already performed the service, I realized they do this to all of their customers. It's a tactic to get more money. Definitely don't have the customer in mind when suggesting services. Very disappointed I spent the money at this store. Do not recommend and won't be returning.Service: Oil change
The jiffy lube on ridge is a great spot for any last minute car repair or service. I’ve stopped in here numerous times when in need of service on my vehicle that simply can’t wait. Kyon, Joe, Brandon and the whole team are always helpful, courteous and do a great job with my car. 5 stars.Services: Oil change
I went to get a Oil Change yesterday and I had the worst experience with the staff. I got to the Ridge location at 11am and paid by 11:11pm. There is no way you can do a entire oil change in less than 10 minutes. When Kyon the team lead called me up he didn't have the correct info to properly ring me up funny he almost charged the lady before me for the wrong service as well. When I asked if my car was completely finished, kyon very condescendingly said "Yeah that's why they call us Jiffy Buddy". Instead of replacing the sticker on my windshield like they always do after they properly complete a job he just hands me "two" stickers in my hand and says "I gave you a extra one" which makes no sense. I paid for the service and also had to ask for my keys back instead of them just giving me the keys back with my paper work. I was so unhappy with the service I went to the location on City Line and just so happen to meet the District Manager Maurice. When I told him about my experience he told me Oil Changes should only take 10-15 minutes but even that doesn't add up from the time I got to the location to the time I paid 11am-11:11am. I had to literally insists that every time I have been to that location that it has always taken longer for a proper job and his argument was that they are fully staffed at that location. Well I have been to this location plenty of times when they are fully staffed and it has never been a 10 minute service. He tried showing me the security cam footage of my car being done but when he did he showed me the wrong care entirely and than said he wasn't able to go back to the time I arrived... He was nice enough to go out to my car and check my oil levels. When we popped the hood the young lady who worked at the City Line Ave location pointed out that the other service members on Ridge didn't fill up my Antifreeze fluid and Maurice just replied customers have to pay extra for that. I told him that they didn't even ask me or notify me about my Antifreeze levels at all and that I would have paid for that....When he pulled out the dipstick the oil looked DARK and BLACK... but said "See there is oil in your car" Which wasn't my concern at all my concern was if they actually changed the oil in my car at all! I tried making that point but eventually I finally just gave up and left. I won't ever be using Jiffy Lube ever again, it's just not professional.Service: Oil change
Totally Awesome experience I must say it was mind blowing they covered everything left nothing to be questioned check all my air filters and found out that I didn't have one installed omg great job they did I went for an oil change and cane out with a better truck then I went in with totally awesome job they did
