Jiffy Lube

I tell you what, these guys know what they are doing and they do it with a positive attitude. My family grandpa/dad/uncle own/owned a variety of auto repair shops in the Seattle area. Up until 3 years ago I never had to worry about vehicle repair or maintenance. My first few auto experiences were rough after moving to Portland from Seattle a few years back. I’m sure glad I found this Jiffy Lube. Again, great service, quick, honest, great service - I highly recommend this place.

I arrived at 11:48 and did not leave until 1pm. For a simple oil change. They were short staffed which is understandable in todays employment environment, however in my opinion, that information should be communicated upon arrival so that customers are given the opportunity to wait or leave. Further, they decided to check my cabin air filter. Which means they took out my entire glove compartment. Didn’t ask if I wanted that service. Today I could not afford the extra time. No light check, no tire check, no resetting of the oil change light. They left my front passenger seat back. I had to clean the car just to get it back to its condition when I arrived. Then I’m asked if I have a coupon. Which I did not. You would think after the lousy service and the huge wait time that they would have just applied a coupon. They did not. I’ve taken my car to this Jiffy Lube for years and based on todays service, unless some sort of apology is forthcoming, I will not bring my business back again.Service: Oil change

The staff are very respectful, kind, professional and efficient. My technician had frozen fingers after flushing brake fluid and still had a smile on her face. These guys are the best. Very busy location so go early.Services: Tires

Went in for an oil change, was informed they wouldn’t change my oil without an oil flush. These people are always taking advantage and seek nothing more than get get money. I will never go here for anything. Never dishonest people.Service: Oil change

I moved back to north eastern Washington and was thinking I needed an oil change. They not only showed me I didn't need one, but checked my car over to make sure the trip would be smooth. They said they didn't want to take my money if I didn't need the service.

Not very happy as multiple technicians talk to you about services and costs. No transparency about the costs. I was told 15% discount for filters but when paid it was not applied. I was rushed out of the bay during payment, not allowing enough time to review the invoice. Not imperative all!Services: Oil change

They changed my oil but I had to listen to their batching back and forth. There are good hard working people at this location, these were just unhappy people or something. The young lady was making the best out of a very bad working situation.
