Jill Bruno, DMD

Dr. Bruno and her assistant, Wisdom, are a dynamic duo! I made an appointment because my dog cracked my retainer and was hoping to have a new retainer created that could make some minor adjustments to my smile. Wisdom is extremely patient and listened to my concerns and explained how the process works. Dr. Bruno is fantastic because she made the adjustments and showed me an image of how the outcome may appear in case I had any other concerns. Really love the team!

I am an "older" adult just starting on my journey with Invisalign. So far I have been thoroughly impressed with Dr. Bruno as well as her staff. In particular Sylvia, Tatiana and Wisdom are virtually always on the ready to promptly answer any questions, as well as to quell any concerns, often with uplifting humor. In addition Dr. Bruno even called me on a Sunday to discuss how she would be proceeding, what would be happening along the way, and to let me know that she would be keeping a close eye on things. I would happily recommend anyone, young or older, to this practice.

I rarely write a comment , but I believe it’s important to write a comment this time ; In my opinion, this is one of the best Orthodontics offices in DC area and I know what I’m talking about ! Dr. Bruno is very knowledgeable, patient, and she works with great people. The name of her assistant who took care of me is “Wisdom” and she was also very skilled, knowledgeable and patient. I need to add that I’m a 58 years old man , and my case was a little complicated. I would like to thank Dr. Bruno and Wisdom both.

Dr. Bruno has been great throughout this orthodontic journey with my son. In fact, the entire practice, especially Wisdom has been amazing. They take their time answering all of my questions as well as my son’s. We’ve recommended the practice to other families as well.

I started my treatment with Dr Jill a year in the half ago, and everything was excellent they do a great job, everyone is so friendly, polite and professional! I love Leslie and Silvia they were great and they even speak Spanish with me!! Every time I felt so welcomed! And I love Dr Jill zookeepers custom last year! I smiled like this now thanks to Dr. Jill and her team!!!

From start to finish it was a gong show. I specifically chose Dr Bruno bc she said she could manage my case remotely as I was in between cities. She told me at my consult it would take 6 months to straighten my teeth and she spent like five minutes with me in the consult. So I get my aligners and I find out that it would take 2 years to straighten my teeth, not six months. I was very upset, but I went ahead with the treatment. My teeth did not move like they “should have” as she promised in my clim check and she didn’t offer any viable solutions for me. She told me I would have to come into her office weekly to continue treatment which was not feasible for me. So I demanded 50% of my treatment cost refunded as she got me 50 percent to what was promised. However, if I sign up with another orthodontist I have to pay full treatment price so that means instead of paying $6000 for orthodontic treatment I will have to pay $9000 total. So I should have asked for a total refund. I asked Dr. Bruno to remove my attachments and give me a retainer in the meantime, and she refused to do that… unbelievable. Every time I went in to see Dr. Bruno she was very short with me and didn’t like answering questions. The funny thing is that she told me that she would only be able to achieve what I wanted with my teeth with Invisalign vs braces yet in the end, she told me that she was not able to achieve the result promised in the clim check a clim check is the digital representation of the final result. She also tried to convince me that my result was good. No it was not. Unbelievably disgusted with my treatment with Dr Bruno.

Super friendly staff the second you walk in! Sylvia is always attentive and courteous. I really enjoy seeing the decorations around the office it’s always so festive!

Sylvia is always so nice greeting every patient with her beautiful smile. Her professionalism exudes everytime. I appreciate Dr. Bruno and entire the team.

This is just a great office, I’m super excited about my Invisalign. Everyone is so kind, Silvia and Lesly helped me understand every step of the process and Dr.Bruno is very transparent and cares about the patients! Thank you guys

I loved Dr. Bruno, Liz, and Wisdom. It was such a pleasure to go to Dr. Bruno. My teeth have never been straighter and the front desk people were absolutely lovely. The team is wonderful and I just can’t say enough about my time there.
