Jimmy John's

Was excited to try this place but it was absolutely awful! Not only was the sandwich made incorrectly, what was in it tasted old, stale and flavorless. To top it off the employees attitude sucked. Too many other eateries around to ever bother with this place again.

I have ordered sandwiches from this shop a few times. It's *usually* okay, but I likely won't have them deliver to me after this experience. I ordered tonight, and waited almost 45 minutes before it was delivered. My girlfriend and I called multiple times. The first time we were told our sandwiches were made, but they were waiting for the drivers to return to deliver them. We called a few moments later requesting our order to be freshly made before delivery, and were then told our order had not been made yet and would soon be delivered. We ordered Jimmy John's because it is supposed to be fresh and fast, and we wanted to eat now. It would have been faster to eat at home. So we called back a third time to ask for a refund, which we were told was not possible. At that moment, our sandwiches were finally delivered. The driver gave me the poor excuse that they had a rush. I had ordered my sandwich without mayo, but with mustard and Italian dressing... My sandwich had *no* sauce.

$1 customer appreciation day! Had to feed all our employees. Needless to say half were safe and sound on the trip. Hahaha For a super busy evening I would say tgey did great!had to go through four times and each time was super fast and e Eeyore remained calm and friendly. Way to go everyone!
