Really slow service. Ordered via the app, told them we were there. Then they finished the sandwiches and didn't tell us as we stood there for several minutes. Dine-in is still closed, as are the restrooms. We were driving through on a road trip and making a quick pit stop, but it was anything but quick thanks to this Jimmy John's. Seriously, get your act together.
I have eaten lunch here 3 days a week for the last few years but up until recently they have been closed every day. Possibly have shut down this location? they have been closed for lunch December 31st, January 3rd, and January 4th. Super sad about this, but at least subway right next door is always open 1 star until they post accurate hours online, and maybe put a sign on the door stating they are closed
HORRIBLE service at this location. I ordered online as we had relatives visiting. We had an order for 3 kids and 6 adults. We waited an hour for the delivery. My sandwich was not in the order. I called the store. He asked if I wanted the sandwich or to be reimbursed. I had to eat and we didn’t have food available as we were helping my parents move all day. He said I would have to wait for the delivery guy to finish the 3 deliveries he was on, the he could bring it to me 3 more deliveries after that! Really? I waited an hour and I’m told I have to wait for 6 more deliveries before my order is corrected? I had to drive to the store. The only person there was the on duty manager in back washing dishes. He had my sandwich sitting at the front was quite soggy at that point and I ask what they can do. He said he could reimburse me $3 for the delivery charge that’s the worst costumer service I’ve had in a long while. No interest or effort to make the situation right from the beginning during my first call. I have to go to the store to get a soggy sandwich and all I’m told they’ll do fo inconvenience is $3. He took my name and phone and said his manager would call me the next day. It has been A WEEK and still NO phone call. No attempt at customer service whatsoever. I cannot believe how poorly this was handled. Go to other locations in the area... skip this one.
Service was friendly. Food was good quality. No seating inside, all tables pushed together. Limited hours open most likely due to lack of workers.

Every time I have ordered from this store my order is wrong. It is the wrong sandwich all to together, or there’s toppings on it that I didn’t ask to put on or they don’t put the correct topping on. This last time my sandwich tasted like rotten meat. I threw the sandwich away it was so bad!! I will not go back to this store.
I ordered from this store and accidentally put in the wrong address. The driver called me and I gave him the correct address. Driver said he was on the way. I waited over 30 minutes. At 40 minutes I called the store and was told that my order was canceled, because my house was not inside that Jimmy Johns delivery area. Now its my bad for putting in the wrong address, but they could have told me that they canceled the order.
I had placed an order over the phone and the person on the other end was rather rude. There was an issue with my card and he told me to please wait while he checked on it. The next minute the line disconnected. I called back and said "I was just on the phone waiting to see if the order I placed went through." the same individual then rudely said "I thought I already told you" so I cancelled the order. I noticed today the charge had still not fallen off and called to see why and was informed that I was charged for two orders that day and only one was deleted. I cannot trust this company when I placed one order yet somehow two were charged.
First off, the guy on the phone taking my order sounded like he was drunk or stoned. He had no idea what I was ordering and repeated it back to me incorrectly 3 times. Then when my food was delivered, the driver did not have change with him. He had to go get money to provide me my change. Then I open my sandwich, wrong sandwich. Completely. And I ordered a mello yello and received a lemonade. Very displeased with this. And it's not the 1st time it has happened.
A $6 delivery charge on top of the fact that I already gave a $10 tip right on the initial billing online is a little bit excessive. The total between the delivery charge and the tip was almost as much as the original total for the food. It sucks that Fargo does not support Uber Eats yet, because that would be a cheaper option then this delivery fee.
