Waited over an hour for my sandwich to be delivered wrong chips too only to find a small green bug in the lettuce after my first bite. i was so hungry too! My appetite is SO RUINED!! I eat JJ so often too! So disappointing!

45min to deliver my sandwich 5 min away. They pushed a notification to alert me that my sandwich was out for delivery when it was not out for delivery yet.

I Love the Services provided by the night person in charge. But only on Wednesdays and Thursdays nights. I alway get a #9 to go and I wind up eating it at the shop. Hostess is polite friendly and makes the sandwich just Perfect. Takes me back to the good old days, when our Mo'mo just to make a sandwich feel like a Royal meal. And with 3 brothers and 4 sisters take out was hard to come by specially a fancy Restaurant. So Jimmy Johns is that Fancy Restaurant for me. It sure does beat does Fast Hot Food services Restaurants. That no matter how Hot, and Fresh their Food is, by the time you get home is Cold, and if it's Pre-heated in their high Voltage Microwaves. Makes the Food Taste Stail. Not with Jimmy Johns. You get what you pay for Fresh Cut, Fresh Vegetables made to order just the way you like it good. And with the Nice, Friday, Courtois Rep. Alway have a great attitude, and a friendly Smile.... My sandwich was quick and tasty - that’s enough for 5 stars. However, I was babysitting and when I opened the door the dog got out. She took off running. Enter the amazing driver - Ledarian I think, sorry for misspelling or mishearing. He took off after the dog. Thanks for that freaky fast service. He ran 3 blocks and caught the dog. Thank you thank you thank you.

Placed an order at 2:30pm on a Tuesday only to receive a phone call shortly after telling me that my 1 sandwich and 1 drink was going to take 45min to an hour to deliver because a larger order had just come in that they needed to fulfill first. I told them this was in fact NOT “freaky fast” & asked them what they could do to which they offered to cancel my order for me. I had them cancel the order as I did not want to wait an hour for a delivery that is supposed to take 15 mins. I wish I could say this was the first time this has happened but it is not. I’d say 80% of the time the app says this store isn’t taking online orders. 10% of the time they take over an hour to deliver less than 3 miles away, and the other 10% they are just randomly closed all together. I end up having to drive to a different location to place my order in person because the app defaults delivery to this sad excuse for a store. Judging from the recent reviews left on Google, I’m not the only one who has noticed.

I have always wanted to try this place bit sorry i did. Bread was hard. Sandwich was not so good. Will never go back.

Manager hangs up on people and they don't treat their workers right especially women very disappointed in t his place every since I knew of them 5 years ago stressed out people work there we love peace not hatred

Don't order from here expecting freaky fast delivery unless you want to wait over an hour to get your sandwich. I called asking to make sure the driver was okay because they had allegedly left 40 minutes ago, and they told me they know it is taking awhile and apologize. What exactly is their strategy? What about food safety? Has this sandwich just been sitting on some guy's front seat for the past hour? Ordered at 11:00 a.m. app says they left at 11:16 a.m. I live <3 miles away, and it's now 12:04 and no delivery.

Placed order with Anna who wasn’t attentive to instructions. When I received order my it was wrong. Tried calling back about 10 times but no one answers. This is not the best location. Won’t order from here again.

Freaky fast delivery? LOL right… Had a dentist appointment for 1PM and ordered Jimmy Johns for a quick lunch around 11:45AM. It’s been well over an hour since I placed my order online and it’s still not here. Ended up having to cancel my appointment and currently still waiting on my food. Called the to store to get an order update and all they said is “sorry it’s taking so long.”
