New girl at the register made it difficult... but the subs were made with love. I got the new #7 extra mayo and it was the best... made it a meal got a giant cookie to end the feast.

I don’t even think a one star is good enough for the store. I ordered my food at 12:45. I first received half of my order at 2:45. Now my order was just a combo one combo. They forgot the chips I called them before the guy even got down to the corner of my street. So obviously he didn’t have them in his car. The manager told me they would send them out immediately. 445 I called because I still have not received my chips. It is now 534 and I’m still waiting for the rest of my lunch we’re just a bag of chips. Why won’t I take a store credit on them because I will never ever ever in my life be ordering from the store again .

Worst jimmy John’s I have ever dealt with. I submitted an online order at 10am for 12:30pm delivery. I didn’t get my food until 2pm. I called in between to check on my order and a male “manager” answered and told me I have been marked as a rude customer and my order will arrive when it arrives and they hung up on me. I called back and when I said who I was they hung up again. I called corporate about this and in order to get a refund corporate has to get the “ok” from each individual store? Seriously? The cherry on top was they forgot items in my order! Nice job JJ love that you care about customer service!

Store seems to be closed every...single...time I want to order delivery. Jimmy johns has good food but this store needs to close down!

Has to be the slowest Jimmy Johns delivery process ever, coupled with the least qualified people to be handling food, OR driving the delivery cars. I regularly order because I enjoy a good sandwich, but I've learned if I want it for lunch, to order when they open up in the morning because it takes these incompetent folks that long to get it to you. Lazy, slow, incorrect orders, if this was my store I'd be ashamed.

when i dont want to leave the house? i get a slim giant italian! and a large rootbeer? i understand their load? at the most i waited 2 hours for the order too show up! i believe at the time my order would cost 16? so i give emh the twenty and call it even! Vegetarian options: there is about 4 combinations possible

Is Freaky Fast still their slogan because it's easily an hour for delivery anytime I order from here. And the hours at this place are terrible. Cousins it is!

Drove to this jimmy johns since they have a drive thru. It wasn’t open so I had to go inside. Got home and the bread was hard and burnt and neither subs came with cheese like stated. Won’t be back to this location. 2 stars because the employees were atleast nice.

Food was "Out For Delivery" for an hour- finally said it was delivered, searched the entire property: spoiler alert, it wasn't there. Called the store, was told I would receive a call back regarding the location of said food. Didn't get a call back. Called again, was told by someone named Peter that claimed to be the manager that he couldn't reach the driver & we would have to wait for him to return to the store. I asked that new food be sent out because I really don't want food that was delivered to someone else also this is occurring 30 minutes before they close. He told me no & that he could refund my money for my attitude. Grossly unprofessional, he offere no course of action other Ryan to just wait for our food to be retrieved from some other location. Rudest "manager" I have ever dealt with.

Every single time I order a plain sandwich they put everything on it. I wanted only turkey and cheese and don't scoop out the bread. Would have been easier than what they actually made me
