Website says they close at 7. Got to the location at 6:05. Door was locked and a worker asked if i had an order to pickup then said they were closed. A different customer got there at the same time to pick up an order. So I ordered online to pickup. The worker inside voided my order without me knowing. When i tried to pick up my food the same worker said they closed at 5:30 and the website was wrong. Awesome!
It was my first time here and the food was good and the place looked good and clean but their attitudes were just not it. I will not go back to this location again because of the experience i had and the attitudes they had towards me but i will definitely try another location for a better experience.Food: 4/5
The food service industry is definitely experiencing more than trying times right now, and I feel everyone should really take a step back and consider that before posting unfavorable reviews and comments before taking the current challenges into consideration. I, on the other hand am new to trying out and experiencing Jimmy John's recently in Flowood, MS. I can tell you this, I have to ask myself, "What took you so long?". No, the staff in Flowood is not perfect, no one in the food service industry is right now in my opinion. My experience here with 5 orders in less than 4 weeks has been more than satisfactory and more like fantastic! I order mine through the app and customize my orders with absolutely ZERO disappointment! I'm not certain if Ms. Crystal is the manager but would have to assume so. She is absolutely phenomenal, friendly, inviting, and treats customers with the utmost respect. She definitely recognizes repeat customers but no matter what she is more than friendly and respectful to all who walk through the door. I'm not sure where her training took place, but she knows how to follow a customized online order to the last detail. She is one of the most friendly and vibrant people I've met in a long time in the food service industry who gives it her all every time she's behind that counter. My coworkers have been so impressed by the quality of Jimmy John's sandwiches and the value, to the point that SUBWAY is almost a "has been" at my workplace. My apologies for the extended review, but I can't say enough about Ms. Crystal and her professionalism, friendliness along with standards and excellence with customer service and product quality. I've been in management for many years, and she is a true gem and needs to be recognized for her talent, dedication, and excellence in taking pride in her work each and every day even with the most difficult of customers. Thank you Crystal, I hope you get to read this or are at least recognized for your efforts; you've won Jimmy John's a customer for LIFE! Thank you!
The person at the counter was so rude and never asked any questions about my sandwich. He definitely should not be in any type of customer service role in your business. Sandwich was terrible and bread was soggy. Not the typical jimmy John’s experience. Coupled with the terrible customer service it is safe to say I will not visit our store again
Food was good. I walked in and workers behind corner just was looking at me. They didn't greet me until I spoke to them then lady ask have someone taken my order after seen me walk in.Food: 5/5

Honestly I expected more from Jimmy John. The bread they use could be better. The turkey sandwich I got wasn’t terrible but reminds you of school cafeteria food. Would not put them over Lennys, or Subway.Recommended dishes
I arrived to pick up my mobile order to find the store closed. Online it says they close 7:00. If the store is going to be closed then the order shouldn't be able to go through.Service: 1/5
The hours listed are incorrect, it seems they close at 5:30. However, they are sometimes closed at random times on a given day. Makes it unbelievably annoying to just get a sandwich.Food: 2/5
You never know what the store hours are anymore. You can place an order for delivery and then they just immediately refund you the money - no call or anything. Service is horrible. Jimmy Johns just shut this location down.Food: 1/5
