Teenager with skater hair decided he wanted to have a bad day and walked in to him making a ladies sandwich with an attitude. Asked for my normal plain slim for my son and asked for my normal side of lettuce and offered to pay for it like I normally do. He got a macho attitude and said he can’t give out sides of vegetables with plain sandwiches and I have to order something else guy in sweatshirt. Wouldn’t even look at me

Constantly having issues with the delivery! Either my order is wrong, my drink is spilled all over my front door, or the a**hole driver leaves my order thrown on my sidewalk in front of my house because there wasn’t a tip on the order. Tips are bonuses given to those who go above and beyond what they are already being paid to do, deliver the whole order in tact and the way the customer ordered it!!!! DO BETTER! Seriously.

Horrible. Waited 1 hour for this?? No extra mayo or mayo packets and Barely any meat!! Update: Never received my refund or an sandwich exchange.

Give them a speeding ticket... Mike took my order freaky fast. Before I even inserted my card they already handed me my sandwich. Nice seating area. The employees look like they get along well with each other. So it was enjoyable to watch them work together.

Definitely over priced for a sandwich, but you can thank Biden for the inflation. Always freaky—not always fast but they try their best. Definitely always fresh though. I’d give them a 9 out of Go Brandon. Request Courtney as your driver for deliveries and leave her a good tip.

I order 2 sandwiches and only received 1 at the time of check out when asked where was the other sandwich the guy never Made it smh ‍ so I paid $20 dollars for 1 sandwich and two bags of chips and a soda and then had to wait 5 minutes to pay $9 dollars for another sandwich. To many kids working here with no real management kids need more training watching them make like 10 sandwich and didn’t even mark them so they didn’t know witch sandwich was who’s I give this store 1 and two thumbs down

Manager there is a complete jerk after placing my order having my card charged also I have been ordering from them 2 times a week for the last 3 weeks he calls to tell me that they will not deliver my food I am out side his area I need to call Eagan I told him Eagan does not deliver here I am in inver grove heights he tells me to bad I will get my money back in 7-10 businesses day

I’ve been a long time customer of Jimmy Johns. I actually worked at their St Paul location. What’s it like being a delivery driver in the heart of downtown? It can be stressful but meeting people and dropping off the food with a warm smile can make someone’s day. I have been going to the IGH location I would recommend ordering in person because online can be difficult and they miss things in your order. But I do still like getting my unwhich and capicola. Check out your local IGH store for a sandwich shop near you.

I can't believe have cheap this place has become. I order a roast beef sandwich and when it gets to my house I take a bite and to my surprise there's one thin paper thin slice of roast beef. I basically got a loaf of bread for $14 bucks...
