"Im the general manager" so he stated, no name was given, no responsibilty taken. Waited well over an hour, it would have been more, had I not called to find out where my order was... it was left in a part of my building that I dont even work in. NEVER asked for contactless delivery. The order was a mess, Tuna, was not meant to stay in an non air conditioned space for long Bad service, and moreso poor management, what kind of manager will not even give you his name??? Sandwich was such a mess it leaked though the wax paper I'm a valued customer of 15 years not only feeding my family, staff and customers, I've speant close to 10K with this business easily, they have lost a very good customer Larry Violette
It might come in 15 minutes, it might come in an hour and half and they won’t even say sorry. Enjoy wondering and waiting. They’ll lie and say the driver is stuck in traffic if you call. It does appear to be how you roll. Ordered again today and it was an hour again, this location sucks. Jersey Mikes it is from now on.
I go here frequently once every other week and I've never had a bad experience. Food always comes out quick and consistently tastes the same. Try the Turkey Tom.

Save yourself your time and just your patience with these workers & go somewhere else or at least to a different Jimmy johns. You’ll thank me later. I know these workers are always high on the job but they could at least be nice. No harm in a little bit of customer service right : Bread was stale to the point where it hurt my jaw to eat. I honestly wasn’t going to say anything until towards the end when I noticed half of my toppings were missing. I was trying to save myself the overall annoyance of talking to a manager. When I went up to ask/talk I was greeted with not an ounce of customer service. Chuckles under their breath, rolling eyes. Not an apology, nothing. Absolutely nothing. Then when I left the store I notice they all go to the back and she’s telling the rest what happened, giggling pointing. Oh yeah I also didn’t get any sort of compensation, refund, nothing. I work in customer service as well and I can understand annoying customers definitely, but I was not one. All I would’ve appreciated was an apology or something, literally anything. Instead I got a girl with pink hair that was supposedly the manager who said little to no words. If I was the manager I’d be apologizing for STALE bread and MISSING toppings.
Ordered for lunch at work like I do sometimes. Took one bite and saw the mold on the other end. I called them to say there was mold on my bread that the guy on the phone replied right away "there's no mold on the bread!!" it was just a little John and y'all are making me seem like a Karen for calling. I'll never order from you guys again
I did a large corporate order for pick up at this location. A few days ago I called the customer service line with questions and got great customer service. Then today I did the actual pick up. I am very impressed that it was completely done by my pick up time, everyone I spoke to was great to deal with, and they helped me to my car. The box lunches were a hit and done perfectly. I was not able to leave a tip on my card and didn't have any cash on me. They deserved a tip! Jimmy John's add a tip line for credit card payments please :0
Love Jimmy John's, strongly dislike this location. As some comments have mentioned, the workers stand around talking with each other. I felt as though I was interrupting them with the way they stared me down while I was placing my order. Very uncomfortable setting, they were blasting the music so loud the guy had to keep asking me what I wanted and then when it was done, not a word was spoken. I saw it sitting on the counter and when I went to grab it and say 'thanks' they all turned their backs towards me. I most likely will not take my business to this location and I feel bad for customers coming from the airport just wanting a quick easy bite. Good luck to all you out there! Update: The link they send you is fraudulent and takes you to a base page that looks as if it's taking your info but after you hit submit nothing happens.
I go to your store all the time to get my veggie sandwich. I told them that I have a meat allergy so I kindly asked if I could have them change their gloves which they did. However they cut the sandwich with a meat contaminated knife. I kindly asked if they could remake it and the guy slammed the glove box amd walked to the back. So another guy decided to make it. I kindly asked him to please not cut the sandwich and he interrupted me and aggressively said we're making your sandwich. At this point my patience had ended and I just wanted a refund. They refused to give me one. Guy who made my sandwich with long black hair said we already made your sandwich twice we're not giving you a refund. That's when I got angry and said I don't want the f'n sandwich you guys seem so upset for making it I don't want it anymore. And what does he do, he cuts the sandwich and places it by the register and tells me to get out. Worst Jimmy johns experience ever!! BTW they still didn't even make what I asked for!
