Jimmy John's

I’m a Jimmy John’s regular, but today that might change. This Jimmy John’s is slow and has some of the rudest staff. Someone should rescue this place because the people that work here obviously hate their jobs.

It’s really small and only two places to sit. The subs aren’t really that great. Too bland. There is more bread than anything else. Personally not my favorite place to go and eat for subs.

Bar none, the worst experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant. I ordered a sandwich at 1pm. It was “delivered” at 1:45. I called and asked them where it was because it wasn’t outside my door. The driver apparently couldn’t get into my building, even though I left the code in my order. They said he would come back. I called at 2:20 asking where it was and they said he wouldn’t come back. I was not offered a sandwich or a refund. Terrible service.

I always order from here because it’s closest to my house - never had an issue, not with speed, freshness or even staff. Today however, I got the RUDEST person on the planet when I called to check on my order that was majorly delayed. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE if you ask me! Let’s see how fresh this order is when it gets here... fountain drinks aren’t meant to sit for hours before they’re drank. JIMMY JOHN’S - please train your staff better on customer service. Thanks!

Food is fine. A couple months back had an order come over an hour late. I emailed about it and they said they would send either a refund or free sub cards. Checked my email today to see if they had ever followed up and they hadn't. Would avoid unless you really need it.

I was in and out of here in 3 min. There wasn't a line and the sandwich was made very fast. If you are in a hurry this is a good spot to come to. I had the Vito sandwich with peppers. It was very good. I wasn't a fan of the bread, but it was soft hand which is nice. Friendly service and plenty of seating. I was able to sit outside and enjoy my sandwich.

I love jimmy johns but I have been at this one a couple times because it's close to where I live. Last time we waited and nobody took our order, this time we ordered and the girl behind the counter had a long funny chat instead of focusing on making the sandwich, worst and slowest jimmy johns ever. Bad customer service.

This is the slowest Jimmy John's I've ever been to, as in, you'll wait for your lunch just as long as you would any other place, ~5 minutes after paying. It isn't up to Jimmy John standards, at least compared to the midwest Jimmy Johns I have more experience patronizing. The place is fully staffed around lunch hour, but employees just take their time. In my experience, the staff at Jimmy Johns have usually finished making your sandwich by the time you are paying for it. At this location, the food and customer service is definitely up to par, but the speed of service doesn't live up to their "freaky fast" standard.

I've only tried a sandwich from Jimmy John's once, and it was decent. I ordered a gourmet veggie club to go, and I liked that it had ample cheese and avocado spread. I wasn't a huge fan of the bread -- it was a little bit hard and chewy. If I order again, I will probably order online and do some customization including adding pickles. All in all though, it was okay for the price.

Always fast, friendly, lively employees and tasty subs. Perfect for a quick lunch. It's a little hard to spot from the main road and doesn't have a ton of seating but if you're getting a sub to go it hits the spot.
