*Edited to add: We couldn’t find the “free parking”. Ended up paying $3 for the garage. I’m not sure why this location has bad ratings. The employees made our sandwiches so fast they were done before we paid. They were patient despite us having a big, chaotic group. The sandwiches were consistent with the JJ sandwiches at other locations. Everything was made correctly. It was before lunch rush but the tables seemed clean. We’re full and happy.
2 hours after my order and am still waiting for delivery. Called 3 times manager said they had no record of the order. I gave him the 16 diget order number and it said that didn't help. I then told him the $ for the order was already out of my account. Suddenly they find the order and tell me it is on it's way. It is still not here and now we are 2 hours past the orginal order. I will never us this store again
I came in around 8:30 pm. There were two young men working. No one greeted me but at this point I’d go insane expecting any customer service in Atlanta. I ordered a roast beef sandwich and paid. As I made my drink, the young man making my order told me they didn’t have provolone cheese and I could instead get SHREDDED PARMESAN. I asked how do you run out of provolone sliced cheese at a sandwich shop and he responded we just haven’t cut more. We stared at each other for a few seconds and I requested a refund. Why would you stand in my face AFTER I paid, to say I have the ingredients to make your sandwich I just don’t feel like doing it for you. I will never return to this location.
This must be the worst Jimmy John's in existence. The only reason I gave them two stars is because I like Jimmy John's in general. I ordered it for lunch today because I had a free sandwich for my birthday. When I went to redeem the free sandwich it would not show up/apply online to my order. So, I paid for the sandwich and ordered it anyway because I did not bring my lunch and no longer had time to leave. I have to say that today was a better experience than most days. I ordered the smaller sized sandwich, and it was actually a decent size. They did not put the correct items on the sandwich, and forgot the packets of mayonnaise and mustard which I had requested. This particular location consistently messes up orders and forgets side items and drinks. Unfortunately it happens to be the closest one that will deliver to my job. Otherwise I would never eat here again.
This was my first visit to this location. I ordered the Turkey Tom w/cheese. They were skimpy with the toppings, but the sandwich was still pretty good.Food: 4/5
Will this location ever get my order right? The order accuracy and morale of this place is horrendous. They forgot my add-ons last time too. Went out of my way to clearly state that I wanted three add-ons. None of them were included. Last time I ate at the store so I was able to tell them they forgot but I’m already home now. Order accuracy has been correct like one or two out of ten times, no joke. Also, please train your employees better. The newer ones really don’t know what they’re doing like they got no training and there are others that look sooo apathetic and it shows.
The cashier today was very friendly and helpful! But the guy making the sandwiches between the hours of noon to 1pm was unprofessional and didn’t want to hear feedback at all. I normally don’t do reviews unless I have something good to say. But I had to write this one. Never have I been treated this way.Food: 1/5
Good service when walked in. They didn't have any money so I had to use credit. I ordered a unwhich tuna club but it was the worse sandwich I have ever got from Jimmy John's. For an $8 sandwich I expect to see tuna on it. It had maybe a spoonful of tuna and a whole head of lettuce. Complete waste of money.
Ordered a giant sandwich for take-out and received a call after placing informing me that they were out of white bread and that my options were either receiving a wrap, wheat bread, or refund. Opted for a wrap expecting either to receive what I paid or an adequate substitute but ended up paying for a $15 8 inch wrap.Food: 2/5
This was my first time at Jimmy Johns and it was not a pleasant atmosphere. I walked in the staff were just talking amongst themselves. No one greeted me. The cashier looked like she had an attitude about something and just wasn't hospitable. I informed her that I was a first timer, and I did have a question about the sandwiches. I had to ask her to repeat herself because she was mumbling. At the end of the transaction. Instead of her saying anything, she just walked away. I stood there waiting on a receipt or something. Another staff member walked up and asked what I needed. And I said a receipt. She said oh you get it when you get your sandwich. I said thank you. But it would have been nice to know that instead of the first staff member just walking off. She definitely didn't make the experience pleasant.
